Reason for ban:     Powergame NITRP  NLR    (In the reply can powergame be explained, thanks)

Length of ban:     1week    (its been 2 days and a half) I haven't realized until now. 

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology):  Don't remember what honestly happened. I remember getting punched by someone inside a restaurant that wasn't being friendly. It was an italian restaurant. So i came back to shoot them since they harmed me first(Within the same life). I died afterwards. I was within the chess park area rping with other people not related afterwards with the new life. The restaurant was across the street on the corner, I don't remember anyone from the restaurant being in the vicinity. About i feel like it was 10minutes outside of rp i got off. 

Why should you be unbanned? I haven't been on the server consistently for like about a year. I do have VIP on the server and Its been already a couple days. I just wanted to join my friends for a gaming session tonight. (Edit: also I don't mean to say VIP can get away with things, but it shows I support the server and im not just random person causing trouble intentionally I couldve maybe done too much and didnt realize at the time, the server has changed over the years)

Additional Information (images, videos, etc): I usually only record if something funny happened or someone is breaking the rules.

Hi there,

I was the admin who handled this ban - You were banned for Powergame, NITRP and NLR

To define powergame: 

Powergaming is described as forcing a scenario or roleplay onto someone against their will, usually in violation of the rules. Using other game mechanics to powergame can include, attempting to force players to do things outside of the server, forcing players to commit suicide, forcing players to commit crimes, forcing players to RP or /me's against their will, forcing players to give their f3, etc etc, 

By dropping a brick of drugs into an operating business, and with PD nearby - you blatantly powergamed. Whilst I realize this may be a rule you were unfamiliar with, it is on you to have read the rules of the server. You can find them at the link provided below.

Here is a clip displaying your rule break, this does not properly show the NLR or NITRP, but both of those rulebreaks can be proven via our server logs as well as my experience having spectated you for a short while.

In terms of the duration of your ban, I was recommended 1 week in a UA ticket that I had opened due to our main char factions relations at the time. I did not want to open myself to potential bias, and sought advice.

Hello! In the clip provided, it clearly shows you dropping a brick of Heroin on the sidewalk and then walking over to the Blue Lobster with it. You drop the brick inside the Blue Lobster and say, "Yo, this is what you guys wanted, right?" and then walk out. Another problem with this is the fact that this was during a slight conflict between Lucchese and Supreme, you have a main in Supreme, and then go on an alt character to drop a brick of heroin on their property.  The reason why this was power game was due to you 'forcing players to commit crimes' against their will (Which was you dropping heroin in the Blue Lobster).
