Forensics Freezes you and Garry's Mod

If you begin to forensically analyze a body (pressing E) and then it is deleted or otherwise removed, all of your inputs will be disabled. This includes movement and mouse buttons, but not the scroll wheel and esc/console keys. 

It does, however, seem to carry over to the console even if you leave the server by disabling the backspace key in the console (even on main menu screen), and the menu itself is unreachable behind the console window. All you can do is type quit.
