Reason for PK: They said I was mugging people and put me on a list.

I should be un pked because they have the wrong person, they said I was mugging people and I was not. just ask them for any evidence that I myself was and they will not have any, if they do I want to see the video or proof that I was.

Hi, the reason why you were PKed was due to you mugging people and scamming allies.  I checked your logs, and it did confirm that you did tie somebody up with restraints. Your higher-ups also kept on getting notified that you were scamming allies. They killed you for these reasons because you were quite a liability for their faction and could have started some problems for them.

I did tie one person up but that was a joke, again you have the wrong person I never scammed anyone, how can they say that if it was not me? its my second day on the character, they clearly have me mixed up with someone else........ Can you review this a little more?

It was other people telling your higher ups that it was you and that you were mugging and robbing people. There is logs to confirm that you did tie someone up, joke or not, they believed that you were mugging and scamming and were too much of a liability. 

You did join mafia and you also did agree on the terms when you first joined.

I get that I did tie someone up, im sure you can look at anyone's logs and fir that. what I want is proof that I was mugging and scamming and was too much of a liability. I know I did join mafia and also did agree on the terms, but they would still have to have reason and I believe they did but it was for someone else. I never mugged or scammed any allies, the only thing im left to think is I was targeted and they just did not want me in the group anymore or this is a mistake.

Logs state that you zip tied someone else, and, again, people/allies went to your higher ups and stated that you were scamming them. They said YOUR NAME in orders, and you were PKed by those orders. I did realize you had the same name on your other character, but it didn't have the same nickname and wasn't in Kosher. This confirmed that you did, in fact, mug someone. 
I asked the person who put the orders on you, and people were going to him, saying you were trying to scam allies. Your HC believed their allies and the people telling your HC about what you'd done and had you taken out due to the complaints about you.

So logs indicate you did infact tie someone outside of a business in the open, you didn't take anything and 20 seconds later he was untied. You did not participate in the faction's drug racket and no evidence was given to back the credibility of scamming. While it is likely you minged and tied the person up ( which is a fail-mug btw. ), you didn't even search the guy and this action was done to a civilian and was not a criminal action directly related to your faction. Your character was new and it doesn't seem you were given warnings before being given the PK orders, the evidence for scamming is minimal going through all of your action since creating the character.

After discussion, it appears you were killed for mostly stupid minge shit, you were not warned and your actions and reputation would be considered that of an entry level employee being as they could not prove illegal actions in direct relation to their faction, no faction drug racket use. I will be accepting this appeal, however all IC information about your criminal faction is void and your character will be reinstated in the civilian faction.
