Reason for ban: RDM x2

Length of ban: 2 days

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I'm 90% sure the RDM was because the same guy broke NLR about 7 times and there were no staff online to take any of my tickets.

Why should you be unbanned?: I just wanted the guy to leave my business alone and no staff would come to help for atleast an hour. I was also drinking a bit so I could have done something else im gonna be honest but I don't remember.

You were banned for the following actions:

• You and several associates were ramming other players with your Citroën.

• You pulled out a firearm and attempted to force players out of their vehicle in front of the hotdog NPC.

• When they did not comply and drove away, you shot and killed both individuals.

• You left right after shooting them not waiting for the 15 Min Cooldown

These actions are clear violations of server rules, including fail-RP, RDM, and improper escalation.

Ban has long since expired, further on the clip given you try to fear RP a non immobilized vehicle, running directly Infront of it before shoot the driver. Look up the person you killed, it does not seem like they were in violation of NLR and you did leave within a 15 minute cooldown.

"the car must be completely immobilized, either pitted, unable to move or in a parked and blocked position. FearRP does not apply to individuals in a moving car.
