Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I was permed for robbing the DA Patrick Kennedy from a bounty by @FiresideCone34 (he was arrested and charged by him and put a bounty on mugging him) 

Why should you be unbanned?
Demarious Black isn't a "Mugging Char." It's an Enforcer for the Supreme team and has deep connections with the Federation and the Popov. This is the only character I use and the one I use most frequently. Therefore, not a mugging char. Mugging cooldown is 15 mins, and we didn't do it back-to-back. The last person we mugged was 3 hours beforehand. NITRP isn't accurate, as this mugging was contracted from Supreme High Command due to a recent court case lost. Yes, I regret having POs but over 3 years of RP and doing risky moves I've had to learn the hard way. None of the POs I have are related to Mugging.

The second image is Discord of Supreme Under Boss ordering it unofficially but officially ICly and instructing me and Matthew Lalopa to carry it out. Third image is discord roles within supreme. Note this char was involved with BPS start up, NOI, and now Supreme.

The fact your roleplay is "this guy needs mugged" and thats it is laughable - I often wouldn't comment on stuff like this (lol) but yeah you deserve to be perma'd.

Obviously, you can still be a mugging char as a main character. Because all you do is mug.

 

Accepting this appeal would be a tragedy to the community.

Power is a lead of the security team in supreme team, Does events and all sorts of RP, Just because its not near you doesn't mean hes not RPing.

"But getting "paid to mug" is the only RP you could think of" you cant prove he doesn't rp on the server by looking at him in a few instances. If you spectated him for 2-3 days on seperate occasions and ALL he did was mug would be completely different.  And if you did do as such you would clearly see that isnt "all he does". You clearly shouldn't of just stepped down from management on a video game, but the staff team all together.

+1 If RP is the concern, he is a good RPer especially if he needs to enforce shit. IIRC he came back recently from a short break and I have RPd with him a few times since his return (yes guys.. Howard larps...) 

If the mug was valid and he hasnt broken the timelimit.. I dont see a reason why he should be banned let alone perma'd. 

If he's a main character, has quite a few valuables and is ranked/made in his faction - mugging should be fair game despite the frequency being alarming cos it's high risk high reward; not like it's a new character doing this. 

People haven't seen this man work the fryer in the KFNC store - he's got grandma's touch.

+1 speaking from experience here, he has great RP. Also to piggy back on monaclu rq, a mugging char, is a char that is created for the sole purpose of mugging, HOWEVER, i have only seen it be used when its is not a main and has nothing to lose, he uses this char the most, and he is a head enforcer, shit is 100% got alot to lose.

also reason for +1 is that mugging Patrick Kennedy is actually peak RP glad to see actual attempted organized crime fight backs. I had genuinely hoped for the day I charged the wrong guy and got mugged. its a rare, but beautiful set of RP that really speaks organized crime to me

No im actually really biased towards the DAs office that fired me, because I have a judge char. Im also really biased against the mega alliance and am super commission main.

Its definitely not that the seasoned admins and seniors have been watching these guys for a while now, and seeing them just roam around looking to mug people or minging around the city. Its not like they've mugged 9+ people in the past couple of weeks and add nothing to the server except mugging and being minges.

 

You'll also notice we only banned 2 of the like 5 of them, so obviously the others weren't guilty of this. 

But im schrodingers bias, at any given moment im biased both for and against my mega alliance, both for and against the DAs office and both for and against the NYPD.

 

As I stated in the court discord gen chat, its totally fine to mug the DA, and actually really funny to do so. If that was the problem, *all* of them would be banned. But its just not the problem. Its the mugging and minging and doing nothing else.
