What is your motivation/reason for applying?:  * To stop and deal with hackers. Also to stop rulebreakers. And make roleplay run smoothly
Why should you be considered over other candidates?:  * I have experience. and I am really nice to people when dealing with tickets. I know how to handle people that will not listen.

Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:  * People think I'm nice kind. And make sure things are dealt with properly. They also think I'm funny and have funny encounters.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: Get proof and show someone else to deal with it. Or I could hop on-duty and deal with it which is kinda recommended. 
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Provide as much evidence as I can to higher ups like community manager or try chain of command.
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: Have clips and proof that I did nothing wrong.

I'd say that within 8 days of playing, devoting a whole 36 hours alongside your school and whatnot shows you're enjoying the server - which is great!!!

However, I don't think that equips you with the knowledge or experience required to assist the staffing effort, and I think you'd need to be around a good few months to take in all of the niches and specifics of the server, its roleplay and its rules.

Otherwise, the application is incomplete and I think you've misunderstood the last question - Would recommend you editing the app to amend those issues

Brother this question is asking if your FRIEND possibly did something wrong. And if its possible to proceed with the situation (assuming a ticket was made) without it being biased or constituting bias, not you

I haven't seen any notes or bans from you, and I've seen your cop, but I think your playtime is a little too low to get everything down.

I have done moderation for 3 years I started since I was 13. And the question at the end is not very understandable.
