Why should you be unbanned? id like to first start of by saying im sorry for *shooting* the probie, but that niggah lowkey had it coming, from what im aware of or what i know, brandishing a firearm or the only charge with brandishing involved would be s36(1) Dangerous Conduct with a weapon *which is a felony* unless im wrong?

yeah so second clip is irrelevant, happened way after your ban

we're going to go down this point by point:

1. The guy was being arrested for illegal open carry (brandishing), which is a misdemeanour.

2. The reason you gave for killing the cop was "lol it was a bullshit arrest", not even alleging that you thought it was a felony, just that you thought it was "Bullshit" (staff issue, could've made a ticket if you thought it was a random arrest)

3. You actually have way more than 5 POs but I was nice and only counted the ones from this year

1. you have to know hes getting a felony, not "assume its dangerous conduct" especially when no dangerous conduct existed
