Why should you be unPK'd?I was stopped on the road so i tried to back away and while i was backing away they said dont move giving me multiple warnings in a short time span not giving me time to react and they killed me.  What server rule or PK rule was violated?:disregard for life.

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines:n/a

Hello Pk'ing admin here, you were pk'd for breaking fear rp as they gave multiple warnings to stop moving under gun point and you didn't do so 
here is the clip i was provided for said pk here

in FearRP rules it states 

Quote

While under fearrp it's recommended you oblige by the commands of your captor, if you attempt to escape or pull out a weapon to fight back but are killed that would display a disregard for your own safety, a calculated risk you took which failed, resulting in your PK

Regarding the timing of the mugging, I believe that they gave you multiple clear commands and provided a reasonable amount of time for you to react during the mugging.

I really don’t think they gave me a reasonable amount of time for me to react . They  quickly shouted stop moving a couple times and pulled out there guns . I also don’t think they gave the clearest commands that they were mugging me and they would kill me if I kept moving.

Timing of the mugging is labeled out in the rules, 

1. Likewise you may only make realistic demands, this means you can’t demand something unrealistic that the victim cannot deliver in order to kill them. Give them a realistic amount of time to comply. Don't order them to do something then shoot them < 5 seconds later, they barely have time to comply.

In the clip, the moment they start saying "Stop moving" to the point they start shooting him is about exactly 5 seconds - he asked why about the same time, which I feel they could've easily responded "Or you're going to die," something a long that rather than relying on Tommy to notice guns that were on safety be switched off as he already was walking away - in the dark.

Hey there. I was the one to unpk your character last time as the person involved was deemed a mugging character. It's reasonable enough to assume you knew exactly what was going on the moment they pulled guns, which coincided with you trying to run away. In that decision you made the choice not to comply, in between that is 8-9 seconds and you seeing two guys directly pointing guns and yelling at you. The defense that you they didn't give you enough time here isn't valid and isn't reasonable after watching the clip.
