Reason for PK: Did not "comply" to mugging demands

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?:

I was in immediate shock of what was going on until I had realized I was being mugged. I was kinda frozen in spot since its my f irst time being mugged and I never thought it would happen to me. I had my phone blasting music and I went to turn it off quickly and I surrendered as SOON as I could. After that I wasn't sure what they were saying as they were talking super fast and over each other. Just as I got shot I was about to back up into the room but didn't have time to react. I was shell shocked and nervous and I'm also overall very new to the server. I also feel like the trio mugging me are mugging characters, they did it practically in the open stalking a property waiting for me or someone else to come out. I feel like that's just risk they were taking cause their characters had little value.

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines:

+1 because i've been fail mugged by 2 of those guys (infront of the weed npc), they made mug characters, but the admin didnt ban because they were new and didnt know the rules, but still i don't believe these characters have any value, even if they have hours rn they must have just afk.

In the Mugging, it was shown on clip that you were given a reasonable amount of time to comply and were told numerous times to move inside, and you said in sit " that you were turning your muscle down and that you were not given enough time".

The place he was mugged is marked grey, could u explain if i'm wrong? I just want to unsderstand the rules, i think based on the video the location that the mugging took place was not valid too, maybe im just special you know XD.

@FiresideCone34Yeah we talked about this. I said I was turning my music down, but have you ever even been mugged out of the blue while you're just on autopilot thinking you're safe as can be? You get super nervous and don't even realize what's actually going on. Imagine you're listening to some music from your physical IRL phone and trying to process what's going on all within what, a couple seconds? Those seconds feel like minutes. I'm pressing physical buttons on my phone and adjusting my headset volume as they're mugging. Visually, I'm confused on what is going on. I'm processing so much in just a few seconds. I get that in their "POV" it looks valid, but think about it in my POV and how I'm feeling. I couldn't even speak because I was so confused and scared. I had three guns on me and three different people talking over each other as I'm adjusting volume. Again as you said, muggers and those getting mugged are equally at risk of getting PKed. However, these characters are designed purely for mugging other players with information gathered from metagaming. What are they risking aside from a character slot they don't grind on?
