I mean, cops are allowed to be corrupt, don't see why they can't have a stash. But add a rule that if someone sees them using it, they can get charged with evidence.

i mean there was those 4 patrol supervisors who didnt get blacklisted for fail corruption when they would confiscate drugs and get a criminal to process ti and give half the money to them
