Why should you be unPK'd?
howdy all. lemme give you the run down of what happened. So Me and my partner were ordered to pk a member of my crew. I say no problem boss man and tell my partner what we would need. We attempt to find the man who is now pk active and find him at our business. We sit there and talk with him for a while before eventually convincing him to hop in the car.

note : there was a cop car sitting right out front of the mystic sun bakery on the sidewalk. With my amazing pimp nigga senses I just knew this cop was dirty and out to arrest me. It was a chick cop with brown hair. 
 

anyways we then move over to the motel I double triple checked for cops right before we went in. We shoot the guy with a silencer and not 2 mins later cops do this.

later on in the ticket I was told the reason the door was kicked was that same chick cop called in a loud gunshot and the dismemberment of a body coming from my motel room.  These are two things that are not true a silencer was used and we hadn’t even started to dismember the body.  All windows were blocked No noise or gun light went out of my room. so no cop would have know where the noises came from. No cops saw us go in. So the tranny cop lied to the other officers over the radio then had them raid my room. 
 

i was arrested for standing on my private property with a gun on my back by another transgender cop by the name of Lola Quinn. And no matter how much shit my lawyer threw at her she got my ass for 45 years. Then not one day later after that cop threatened me telling me if I get arrested one more time it’s a pk. Then the next night cops raid my room because of a transgender. 
 

I believe I have angered them trannys and they are forming against me.

 

my pking admin Aceadmiral told me that they thought I should make a pk appeal.

 

What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I believe the cops who broke down my door and killed both me and my lt we’re power gaming 

Powergaming is described as forcing a scenario or roleplay onto someone against their will

this is also in the power game rules

You may not invent evidence to force a roleplay.

And it just so happen that this power game is the cause for 2 people to be dead

i was the cop who had been tailing you, you had caught my attention due to some retarded shit you were doing, so i started tailing you. clearly you didn't block everything off, because i could see you clear as day from the motel window. i heard a gunshot, radio'd for backup, and moved in. also, using a suppressor won't completely remove the sound, i wish you the best of luck in your appeal!

Hello! I was the staff that was originally over watching the PK before it became a VCWP / Dying after doing a  hit. I was inside the room waiting for the 15 minute timer to be done unfortunately I was not outside the room to hear the reason why the cop found you or their reasons. I always encourage people that feel they have been pk'd wrongly to appeal so that further investigation may be done. Otherwise the reasons were valid as you did start shooting cops and their retaliation lead to your death.

 -Exceptions apply if they have witnessed a severe felony, or someone is in distress, then they may use probable cause beyond a reasonable doubt to raid. 
 

now what this proves is that u couldn’t see into my room which means 1 you lied and 2 you never witnessed a crime and should never have raided my room Withought a warrant present. And all you had was a silenced gunshot in the middle of downtown New York.

Is it plausible that the viewing through the window could be considered false due to LOD on the map?
Prop and environment pop in is very common on this map and if props were actually up and intended to block view, claiming you saw someone through LOD would be a fail RP situition? 
Afterall, that would be taking advantage of the fact you can see them through intended props akin to viewing them through the map.
And even then, there being lockers at the window further proves it's a LOD issue. 
So now it comes into question if it should be allowed to say you "saw him" at all. 

(I bring this up since I came to the forums to see if I could actually adjust the LOD, but it might be baked into the map)

EDIT 
Here's two screenshots I took as an example. 
One being the COKE sign by the Car dealership.
The other being a direct reference to the shot the officer took. At approximately this point, the viewing of the blinds disappears. 
PROPS also disappear.  
Meaning you seeing him through a window that has blinds and is prop covered is a false pretense for knowing he was in there, correct?
