I Get Banned for VDM stacks that are 4-5 months old sense the last time I accidentally ran some one over.

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): Yeah, so Last time I ran someone over was over 4-5 months ago. Bro said I had 4 of them on my record and banned me on the spot for a sit I made about some guy prop pushing my car and killing me after I ran him over for trying to steal my shit. Any ways I'm more confused why I am being punished for this and why 4 of these VDMs are on my record and don't go away. The admin told me that they stay there forever, and I get punished for the stacks. Like that's actually insane and gives me no chance to play the game. Especially sense most of those warns for VDM were literally people running Infront of my car while im driving. 

Why should you be unbanned? The VDM stack doesn't make sense. I can understand them being on the record, but to be punished for the stacks after 5 months since the last time I did it is actually insane.

Banning admin here, you were banned for running someone over in the public casino. You have roughly 5 PO's already for VDM, and yes, some are a few months old. But notes are on your record permanently, and regardless of what date they were applied, they stay indefinitely. You never told me you ran him over for "trying to steal my shit." Later in the sit, I had asked you what had happened, and if you ran him over, you had told me no. And you tried to keep the entire part of your running him over out of the picture. So, not only do you have 5 previous interactions for VDM, you deliberately lied to me in the sit. 1 week, with the amount of previous offenses, I feel is more than generous and lenient, as I could have given you more than a week.

Yeah, Shittor I never lied to you I was watching the football game tabbed out while you were trying to find the guy who prop killed me. Leaving out the fact that I ran him over because he was trying to steal my shit isn't lying that's just leaving it out. Ironically, I did tell you though that he was trying to steal my shit and that's why I ran him over.  But the fact that you know that the last time I VDMed someone (on record I never actually VDMed anyone) was months ago is fucking wild to ban me for a whole week for. I'm sure we can all agree that if the server stays around for another 3-5 years the population will be cut in half due to people having stacked punishments that have no expiration. IF you are telling the truth about stacks.

 

It's almost like you're justifying the guy for prop pushing my car into me as well. Which I'm sure you didn't even punish him for, even though you told him right in front of me that was his third time doing that. Did he get a week ban for prop pushing lol No he got his "privileges" revoked, but you sit here and threaten me to say " I should have banned you longer for fucking stack warns of VDM the last one being months ago... Like I just think that shit is wild.
