Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): New players to G-Mod, I understand I was starting a lot of trouble, But all the "RDM" Accusations come to me after a player engaged me after a verbal altercation. I've read and re-read the rules. My friends and I joined the server 3 Days ago, and began trying to carve our way into the scene. After being harassed, "RDMd" ourselves, and excluded from multiple factions for our personas, we took matters into our own hands and started our own unofficial group of players. During this time it was my job to distract the server, and our rivals from the ongoing schemes being ran in the background. I did this by simply poking fun at players and drawing attention away from the action. This worked but would get me into engagements regularly. Respecting the NLR, I saw to it that i won a lot of these engagements, and in that same light, many players would come back seeking retribution, this led to more encounters and more gun fights. Im not the type of person to report another player for breaking a rule, because it doesn't bother me. What bothers me is when these people get themselves into trouble after taking the bait I'm laying down and use it as an excuse to complain to admins. 
 

Also my roomate attempted to join the server but it appears the IP is banned and that changed the ban from 7 day to perm. Ill serve my 7 days, and my roomate would like his Perm ban lifted as well. 

Why should you be unbanned?
Self Defense, Im not responsible for other players threats and loss of self control, the "RDM" accusation comes after players threatened me or engaged in combat with my character. Im not going around random killing. 
Stayed in Character the whole time, never broke RP.  
Constantly having to fight my way out of ARDM, which im not reporting because i dont care. 

It just seems im being punished for winning fights, and if thats the issue ill simply change the direction of my RP character

You also left while in a confrontation. Also I highly doubt your "roommate" logged into the server.

 

The account was created on the same day you were banned.

I find this ban to be justified and your notes prior to your ban hold up to my ban reason. You shouldn't have bought a copy of Garrys Mod on an account you created and then alted to get back on the server. Your fault.

I was telling my roomate about it, and he wanted to try it out, he created a steam account and started building his PC 2 days ago, Like i said, ill serve the 7 days, I understand why, but now were both perma banned because your console detected a banned IP. Im not arguing about the 1 week ban, i get it, im trying to lift the perma ban based on IP. He cant play on the server EVER because of sharing an IP address.

So what your saying is your roommate created a steam account on a different device (phone, tablet, handheld, etc.) and then built his PC in the span of 2 days then a day later after buying Garrys Mod and having created his account on the same day you claim he started building his PC, he then joins the server on that next day to get banned? I don't buy that your roommate all of a sudden had the urge to build a PC just to play Diverge 1980's Mafia RP. What I actually think happened is you had enough money so you created a new account and bought Garry's Mod thinking you'd slip through the cracks. The fact you'd lie on your appeal is disgusting and shows your not deserving of an unban.

Id love for you to directly quote where i said that. Hes using my Old PC right now. Youre making assumptions like youre a detective. Hes an Xbpx gamer that has been wantong to make the swap. He saw me playing G-mod and wanted to try it out. Its a cheap game so i helped him set up steam hoping we could all play together.

First you said you told him about it, and now your saying he saw it himself and wanted to try it. Your flip flopping your story.
