Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I was arrested for having drugs on my person, I had shitty internet timing out all day and I timed out again during the arrest, the logs say I timed out, my internet cut off and I had to call my internet company, frontier, to see what the problem was, according the AceAdmiral Timeouts are given a 15 minutes grace period, I took maybe 30? Given the circumstance I tried my best to hurry back on. But was told to submit an appeal, even if I did not time-out I would not have faced 50+ years in prison to warrant a PK. I've been a note-free player for all of my time here and would like a little leniency for something that is out of my control entirely.

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines:

Hello! I'm the Staff member that did your pk, I understand that sometimes things do happen; which is why I encouraged you to make an appeal. While your WiFi may have timed out I cannot do anything unless advised ahead of time, or without sufficient evidence- you have to understand sometimes people lie in order to get out of things. The officer who made the ticket had explained the charges that you would face, while talking to him he mentioned that either you took your charges to court to get a reduced time or accept the plea deal which would've been a life sentence. Even then I waited 15 minutes for you to return and continue the RP.

Thank you for the reply. It would have been impossible for me to get a life-sentence, all I had was drugs on my character, which is felonious, would not get me a life-sentence. The firearm I had was licensed and that's the only thing they could charge me for.
