Reason for PK: I believe it is because i left the faction infront of a member however that is not pkable as i did not do anything illegal on the character

Yeah man, hiring someone to do security and them leaving after they did security does NOT give you the right to PK them.

Unless he ordered drugs or a gun from your racket or something illegal unfortunately they cant be pked as they lack knowledge. Ive had orders denied when they dont do anything illegal ie doesnt touch anything besides oil

Yeah exactly, but assuming Winzer is telling the truth, which I'm a little shocked the MOD approved this PK if he is, it seems a little crazy.

but think but it like this they pay the guy 10k to work for them and he just leaves after that they absolutely have the right to pk him because he scammed the faction/company.
