Got pked because i showed someone a magic trick and they killed me

Reason for PK: admin said i died during a mugging attempt when mugging was never even happening or mentioned 

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: i should be unpk'd because i wasn't killed during a mugging attempt and i never even tried to mug someone

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: no clip as i had assumed my death then didnt matter and thought i got rdm'ed

Hi I was the admin who approved of your PK. So the clip that was provided to me was you cornering a guy and asking if he wants to see a magic trick. The magic trick would be that everything would go black if he just stood still. You were anxiously looking back and fourth and when he finally stood still you took your chance to attempt to restrain them. He backed up and then shot you which led to your PK. I also checked logs and you were using restraints quite frequently and using them less than every 10 minutes.

YES A MAGIC TRICK NOT A  MUGGING ATTEMPT. They had consented to the magic trick then killed me right after. Mugging was never in the picture or mentioned. So this is still a wrongful PK.

i never intended to mug nor mentioned it. I had literally done it to a few people before and they were completely fine with it as it is just a magic trick. And if your server is gonna have all these unknown rules that will just ruin the fun for people maybe you should make an easier way for people to find them. And once again no one was mugged or attempted it.

oh so now it has turned into what you said was an attempted mugging is a pk to now anything related to zipties. Your a terrible fucking admin that fails to use any logic and only see the situation how you want.
