Long Answer

What is your motivation/reason for applying?:  * I am active every day and like to help the city become better. I see during the mornings when im on and at night most staff are not on so i feel like I could be useful during the times of no staff, and being a cop showed me how important staff are to us if they aren't there and we have to call them for players cop baiting or being minges we can't do anything. I just want to be able to help people and if i get staff i will have a passion for it and wont let anyone down.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?:  * I am active a lot i don't have bias to anyone and I am always trying to make the city better. I'm always going out of my way to help people in the city. I am on maybe too much.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): no
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: nope 
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:  * yes most people like me but because i'm a cop they hate me
What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?: helping the city along with some great people

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: if I am on the server I would get on my admin character take the ticket and help them with the situation at hand 
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would gather evidence of them doing what they are doing and when i have enough evidence then I would report them to a higher up
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would handle it like any  other case  because having bias sets a bad image of staff and it wouldn't be fair to the person reporting them.
