Suggesting Adding Retired PD Pensions

PD Pensions, like an increased salary based on the time the person spent at the PD.

If you're in Pd a long time and do good you get promoted

if you get promoted you get paid more

The idea is that if they retire from the pd they have a pension, idk if ur misunderstanding or what.
