Long Answer
Questions proceeded with an asterix require a response of 3 Sentences Minimum.

What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I have wanted to be part of the staff team for awhile and finally see myself fit. I believe my experience and knowledge of Garry's Mod will benefit the staff team as well as the server and I would love a chance to prove it.

Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I have years of experience within the city and have a fantastic understanding of the fundamentals behind diverge. My biggest strength is that I take my time to have a full understanding of the situation before taking any action. This has been a great success in my staffing experience.

Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): As far as Garry's Mod; Atomic Networks (Admin in 2021) and EVORP (former server 2023)
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: No.

Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:  In my personal opinion the people of diverge love my characters and I hold good relations with the members I've come across in my time on the server. I wouldn't say that I'm well know but I'm certainly interacting in the city.
What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?: I have had many but my favorite has to be when my old Russian Bratva was being raided by the police and we had to hold down the old bank. (before it became little Israel)

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: Have a fellow staff member take care of it as I would have bias over the situation.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Report the activity to whomever supervises said person, as well as submit the video evidence I have against them (I'm ALWAYS recording.)
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would refer the ticket to a colleague as I would not want to implicit bias.

You have been banned. Whether you did this intentionally or not, these bans were over 3 years ago, so if you didnt remember thats understandable.

These questions are to invoke critical thinking on how you would handle the situation. There will be times when you are in RP, and other staff are AFK/handling other tickets. How would you proceed, there is no bias if you are not involved, or someone you may know is not involved. I get where your coming from, so lets rephrase your in RP and an RDM ticket pops up how would you handle the situation. Same question but is a little more clear on what we are actually asking you and trying to get you engaged in.

Just some food for thought that could help you elaborate on this. There will be times when you take a ticket from someone you dont know, and the person that RDMd or rule broke, is someone you know or a friend. Ive had a few tickets like that through the years. Its good that you want to be an unbiased staff member, but sometimes your gonna end up in situations where you may have a bias and you'll need to work through that and to make sure your verdict doesnt hold any bias.
