Character Limit

Apparently, I got character restricted for something that happened 3+weeks ago on an account that already has a limit of two characters. I just got the donator today and was wondering why I wasn't able to create more characters. I also don't recall being told I was being character restricted, nor would I assume that would happen when I already have a max limit of two characters. That is actually a bit strange. Rejoin? Disconnect? Yeah I did that few times and it still won't let me create more than two characters.

Reason for blacklist (if given): I just found out today from Canadian Bacon...the reason I got character restricted was because I did item transferring 3+ weeks ago. Which makes completely no sense because I had a 2 character limit either way....
Why should it be returned?:  this shouldn't even be taken in the first place because I just got donator few hours ago and I was expecting to be able to create a new character but apparently, I can't.

Hi there! Staff involved here.

I restricted your character creation, after it appears you had been using it to facilitate money and to a lesser extent item transfer. You were using characters as disposable, typically to mug and pooling any wealth and items accumulated with your friend, any time one of your characters was PKed, it would immediately received a large sum of cash. Either facilitated through creating new character for the specific purpose, to obscure transferring money or through an alt steam, who's only time on the server was used to act as a bank. Either handing out money or receiving money, or shared access to their bank. You, your friend and the alt were banned and char wiped for this incident. 

You and your friend were restricted to prevent the use of disposable character for the purpose of money transfer. That being said, the mechanic appears have been a non factor for a non donator. As 2 characters, is what it restricted to you. That being said, you just donated, and that you accepted punishment for the offense. I have no issues if they decide to lift the character restriction.

The ban itself I accepted that but I don't recall being char restricted because I wasn't a donator at that time. My friend was definitely char restricted because he was donator at the time . So I never expected that this would happen several weeks after the ban. I only found out recently from Canadian Bacon. I still stand firm on this restriction being lifted because either way you deleted the character which I accepted. But restricting an account that already has a limit of 2 character is overboard. You have no issues but still decided to restrict my account...I haven't done anything since that ban which clearly shows that I am not abusing anything. I was fairly just new to the server.
