+1, But imo it should be a pk'able offense if someone makes a character with the name Gambino, Colombo, Lucchese, etc. and bad mouths/impersonates themselves in that faction. Most citizen chars that I see with the last name "Gambino" or "Colombo" are just there to minge and create a mockery of the faction.

 

Also creates an element of RP for factions to headhunt unaffiliated civvies. (most of these -1s are people that do it lmfao)
