Why should you be unbanned?

I had never got to meet or speak with the staff who banned me. I have no memory or instance of what exactly happened. I got banned for something I never got to get in a sit with despite being online for a quite a long time on the server.

In this game my intention is the opposite of doing RDM and FailRP etc.. literally. I am a bit new, about one month. If I did do RDM and LTAP, then please let's talk instead, as I am new to GMODRP in general, and this is the only RP server I play. Every day I'm learning a new rule literally. 

It is an apology, but also clarifying that I quite literally don't intend on breaking the rules of the server, I'm still learning them slowly and how they apply in game. I love the server too much to intentionally ruin the experience, I am just still very new in my opinion. This is my first ban in over a month of playing very often.

Update: I just Google searched what LTAP is and I literally also would never do that. 100%. How can I avoid punishment if I never ever knew one was coming? 

Additional Information (images, videos, etc):

None, as I have no recollection of the instance or what it may be, I was on for many hours that night on that char. If I did have a clip or video I would be more than happy to share it.

I remember the incident now, was it RDM? Yes, in my opinion in retrospect. At the time I didn't think it was. LTAP? 100% No. I would never do that.

The following is the logs of the RDM/LTAP in Question

at 2258 Hours PST Mr. Regular Guy (STEAM_0:1:943836381) (DaQuan Tha Third) killed Faust (STEAM_0:0:560958493) (Mikey Lucchese) using a player

at 2259 Hours PST Player disconnected from the server, reason: Disconnect by user. DaQuan Tha Third (Mr. Regular Guy) disconnected from the server whilst a damage cooldown was active.

 

I waited until 2310 Hours PST to see if you would reconnect or were attempting to rejoin the server. After waiting a sufficient time, I then issued the ban. I would recommend reading the Diverge MafiaRP Rules specifically the parts of RDM and LTAP. Please reach out to my discord cptcaboose if you have any further questions

This is fairly obvious. You took the gun out of your bank and within a minute, as the cassette shipment crate was counting down to 0. You shot the guy at 1 second. So your friend standing on the shipment could get it. A cassette store version of "Frank Sinatra - Luck be a Lady". You then left the server 2 minutes later. 

While you may not realize it, this is against he killing rules. If you had placed him under FEAR RP or handled the situation differently. This would not have been RDM ( Random Death Match ). But I think you were just being a little sneaky here. It is also considering LTAP ( Leaving to avoid punishment ), as you recently killed someone and disconnected under a damage cooldown.

 

I realize you have no record up until this point, if you had admitted the infractions this would likely have been appeal or reduced. However, I find it hard to believe, even if it is true, that you could not 'remember'. So on these basis I will be denying your appeal. 

 

Your ban appeal has been reviewed and denied.

We have determined this ban to be reasonable and/or justified.
