Reason for ban:rdm

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): dispute because I was bored walking around, and then I punched the air. I punched far away from the person, I wasn’t directly trying to punch him or anything, that was not my intention. I can show that in this clip the guy the proceeded to pull out a gun and pointed at me he put his gun down and when I saw he why put his gun down I went to kill him. Why is this rdm? He literally pointed a gun at me.  So the logic in the situation is that apparently someone can pull a gun at you and not get shot for it, apparently, because they put it away like what?

Why should you be unbanned? cause it wasn't rdm?

Intentions cannot be proved from one person to another, but in this case, you're directly chasing him and punching towards him.

Did the other guy over react by pulling out a gun? Yes, but is that against the rules? No, he was justified to threaten you, he felt in danger. But for you to play the victim card of "I didn't do that" or "It's his fault" is just blatantly wrong.

I'm not staff anymore nor can I read your POs, nor do I even play the server, but the first sentence here summarizes this entire ban. 5 days is a little harsh, but you're clearly just looking for a reason to kill someone. This is a mafia server, not a pvp server, not every interaction needs to end in violence.

First off I don’t know how your arguing and saying that I am rdming these guys in the first place we’re not in a single conflict and I’m just fucking bored so apparently me punch in the air means that i guess it’s rdming baiting all the time like what I can’t punch the air anymore all right man whatever you say I know you’re trying to be respectful and everything but That doesn’t make any sense to me personally

Hello I was the staff member that banned you in this situation!

 

The situation is pretty cut and dry, you approached two other people that were minding they're businesses,you started walking towards them and began punching the air, 

The one guy pulled his gun out for a few seconds, put it away then started walking away, you approached him even closer, you then pulled out your gun quite some time after he put his gun away and shot him,

Both clips support this story, 

 

Also you have multiple PO's for RDM,which were one of the reasons why your ban length is longer then It would be for someone who is a first offender.

in this situation you go up to them, start the confrontation by following them and punching, they pull a gun to warn you away as they had valid reason to believe that you would come and punch them. then you get ready to hotswap to your deagle as soon as they walk away you just blast them. that is damn near the exact definition of baiting so due to that This will be denied.
