Long Answer
Questions proceeded with an asterix require a response of 5 Sentences Minimum.

What is your motivation/reason for applying?:  My primary motivations for this application are to become a Gamemaster, become more involved with the community, and to help out when I can. I have some free time as of late, and have a lot of nostalgia for playing Garry's Mod. It is definitely a big hobby of mine (clearly), and I want to get back into it. I used to host events and remember having fun while doing so, it was rewarding to create events for players and also enjoyable to plan them. I know that it can be frustrating waiting for assistance when making tickets, and I know I would be able to help out efficiently. Even though my time commitments aren't as great as they have been in the past, I know I would be able to make an impact in the staff team in regards to tickets. In conclusion, I want to get more involved in the community and help out.


Why should you be considered over other candidates?: In my opinion, I should be considered over other candidates because of my prior experience staffing, my experience in various aspects of roleplay on the server, and my ability to remain unbiased and calm when handling user disputes. As mentioned on the next question, I have been staff twice before on Diverge so I am very familiar with both the rules, conduct, and commands relevant to staffing the server. Over the years, I have gotten adequate experience in all sectors of roleplay on Diverge, whether in a criminal faction, police, or court/legal systems. I believe this knowledge and experience would help me to solve any situations I come across while staffing. I am also capable of remaining unbiased in all sits, regardless of the players involved and can remain calm when handling user disputes. I know this is paramount to resolving situations amicably and effectively. In conclusion, I believe my past experiences and demeanor would make me a good candidate for staff.


Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): If my memory is correct I was Seasoned Administrator on two separate occasions staffing on the server. Probably minimum 8-12 months combined.


Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Yes, RDM followed by Ban Evasion.


Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I would say that I am well known amongst members that have a lot of playtime during when I have been around. I would hope my reputation is pleasant amongst those people. I don't want to speculate further, but I think it's fair to say I have a generally positive reputation in the community. 


What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?: I have a lot of nostalgia and good memories on Diverge, I can't think of anything to single out specifically. My favorite time though would be during the Miami server, no particular moment but I had a lot of fun running a faction on there.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: If I want to report it, either make a ticket in-game or a forum report.


You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Approach them privately and discuss it.


A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: If there is proof either in logs or in video form then I would punish them.

DaSchmeeze was one of my favourite staff members when i was just starting out the server, we didnt interact much but when we did it always left on a positive note.
