Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: i didn't see the gun, i also had a gun out apparently "if you have a gun out when cops interact with you " its instant pk or something according to boom roasted. But Hamir said "stop moving" with his gun on safety you can kinda see it in the clip at 0.25 speed so from my knowledge the FearRP isn't valid? then i pulled out my gun but idk worth a try .

u cant even say skill diff you mag dumped and missed and then got 1 hit, also in your clip you said stop moving with no gun you made no commands then you started mag dumping

it was the same RP scenario it wasn't like a different confrontation the violent confrontation was already there u were active scene u saw hamirs dead body like maybe if it was like 3 minutes earlier and i just shot u but its the  same area, same scene.

in the rules it states; "

• This does not apply if the Officer initiates the gun fire or escalates the situation to violence."
   

the officer (hamir abdul) esclate the situation to violence

a gun on safety is considered an idle not active threat thus u cant respond to that. There also no fear RP active on me for me to not pull out a gun on safety

You clearly knew that the cops had been chasing and looking for you for quite awhile, and in your own clip you can hear Hamir asking you to stop in which you kept running and pulled a gun out. Once you pull out a weapon, the police have every right to defend themselves. Added on to this this char in which all you do is jump in the water and call it "RP".

First thing I would like to note is that you have been consistently getting into firefights with officers under the guise of  "i have a warrant". This has been an ongoing thing for some time now as boomroasted has mentioned.

Also in this specific situation you may not have fired first you clearly had the intention of doing so by pulling out your weapon off safety and aiming at the officers.

These two facts joined together show that you very clearly had the intention of starting a violent encounter with these officers.
