Are you familiarized with SAM and/or Nutscript commands?: No. However, I'm familiar with ULX from having my own TTT/Deathrun servers so I'm pretty sure I can manage.

Do you acknowledge that lying on this application will result in immediate denial and blacklisting from staff?: Yes.

What is your motivation/reason for applying?:  I have over 2.3k hours on GMOD and l have never played anything like Diverge. Sure, there have been some great memories in PERP servers and whatnot but Diverge is just something else. I'd love to be part of the Staff team and contribute to the community. I feel like my timezone (being in EU) can be helpful especially in times of holidays when there are alot more people on early. I really enjoy the server and I'm learning alot each and every day.

Why should you be considered over other candidates?:  Well it would be weird to just say I'm the best here, but I'm not. I have tons of staffing experience in GMOD, having also had a popular TTT server back in the day I think my experience can contribute alot to this community. 

Do you have any previous staffing experience?: I've been the owner of a popular TTT server (amongst others) back in the day where I not only managed Staff members but also did alot of staffing myself. It was for about a year and then on and off throughout the years. I have one nice comment from a random user that I (not long ago) noticed on my profile acknowledging that:


Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: No, I haven't.

Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:  I think maybe mixed, some people might not like me because of my suggestions/questions on the forum but honestly I think it's just immaturity at the end of the day and not something anyone should bother with. Other than that, I wouldn't say I'm popular or well known like that.

What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: I've had quite a few moments here and there for my playtime but I would say the most favorite one is the Bodrov Protest.

Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: N/A

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: Well I would try to get a staff member to take it or make a ticket myself. Most of the time people make tickets when they get RDMed or so, and in that case, I would just move on. If all else fails and no one is available to take it, I would swap and take it myself.

You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would record and document any evidence for a Staff/UA Report as anyone should.

A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would take the ticket and assess the situation as if it were any other player. Depending on the severity of it, evidence recorded, past offences, I would punish accordingly. Sometimes that would be just a note, and sometimes it's a ban. Depends. As for the last question, it's hard to say that it doesn't constitute possible bias and anybody that says otherwise might be lying BUT it doesn't mean it cannot be handled without bias.

Dont know him but I agree with this he needs being around. Even 1 week of play time since March is kinda scary tho he has only really been around a month.

-1 Dont know of him, quite low play time - dont know about his rapport developed with others in the community. Definitely too soon in my opinion. Not taking away that he may be a good decent guy.

Hasnt even been a whole month since you posted this and i know very well you cannot experience the server in such a short time (rules, politics, general rp experience, how the server even plays out etc) 

i feel staff should be harder to obtain and for those with undeniable knowledge and experience

I understand your concern and appreciate the input but let's be real. Digging up an almost month-old feedback post when I've spent over a week inside the game since then is not fair. I may not be HC-level but I know ALOT more since then and have experienced tons. Imagine playing for 3 weeks and out of that 1 week+ of your time is inside the game trying to get into the politics on one side while climbing the ranks to a supervisor role within PD on the other. All that while not wasting a SECOND minging or doing anything other than playing the game the way it is supposed to be played and enjoyed. As I was advised by many before.

So please don't confuse time with understanding, because I've used my time correctly and exposed myself to things that actually matter. Some people sit on this server for months and still know the basics or just afk/minge around. Staff need a general understanding of the game and how it works, yes, but most importantly, they need to know the rules, enforce them, be helpful, stay unbiased, and actually care for the experience of players. I have tons of experience as staff on GMOD which I know can contribute alot to this community. Also you can always learn and grow in your role as you go.

1+ Seems like a guy who can adapt quick and solve and help the community no matter the situation I think he'll be a fine addition to the staff team I believe he deserves a chance to prove his self that he has what it takes to be in staff

You are mistaking me for someone else. I have played everyday since joining. I was on earlier today (EU Time around 4pm) when 0 staff was on.
