+1 Gov Mansion can be reworked into an "industrial/wall street" region with world Corp and maybe other industrial/business esc buildings 

gives a lot of RP opportunity for general people and actual business opportunity/ideas for factions

A LOT of potential but shit doesnt happen overnight + mapping takes time
