Why should you be unbanned: The main reason why I think I should be unbanned is because I took time to reflect on my actions and everything I have done to everybody on the server. When I got banned off Diverge I frustration and anger, but I took a couple months to think about it and really REFLECT on myself. I have learned to accept that I was obnoxious, Lying, rude, destructive and god right such a nasty person to deal with... When I played the server I would always think that everyone was the problem (including the admin team) I always had this weird thought that I was being targeted by other people in the server, but now that I had the time to reflect on myself and really understand the gravity of this situation and made the big step to accepting that none of that was true... I realized that I needed to fix all the bad things that were going on in my life outside gmod/diverge networks. And once I began to accept that I had some problems and got my attitude better. And the reason I want to come back into the community is because I realized that I also had fun times with my friends and others. And this message goes to the staff team of diverge. (I am deeply sorry for everything I have done, and I wanted to thank you for giving me this time to realize my surroundings.)

PS. This will be my last Appeal and I might even quit gmod for all I care. If the appeal is denied there is a chance I might do it again and make another appeal but the chances of that are very very low.... And to all the people of the community of Diverge I am very sorry for everything. I hope one day you will come to forgive me.

Hi! I was the one who originally gathered the evidence and was one who send it to adam who banned you. (I think) You were intentionally transferring items over to your other characters with storage lockers and you didnt do it by a bit. You transferred over 7 suits and kept doing this with full intent. Don't forget that you sold bought a spaced suit with character 1 and then switched to your second character and took it on there. Currently I do not believe you are sorry because were caught.  There was a reason you got perma'd and that was because you had a extensive po list. Adam will reply later with more detail

Notice how I said in this thread that this was a apology not a dispute. It is not up for debate of me defending myself but rather admitting to my actions and owning up to it.

I don't know about his extensive but if he had Extensive POs for item transferring? Obviously he shouldn't be let back. But if he has pos for other warns not related to I.T. then he really should be given a shot since three months passed by. In my opinion I'd look at this by a (if he item transfered before than obviously him doing it again doesn't mean he is sorry.) but from the sound of it it looks like he did it one time. (?) I wouldn't have this guy permad if that's the case, it seems like he should be given a chance.

This is important to note, if his POs were for Item Transferring then obviously he shouldn't be let back in. But if it is for other situations not related to I.T. then I don't see how given the guy a chance hurts. Just my I.M.O. since he is permad right now.

Hello! I banned you because you were caught item transferring a large amount of items across multiple characters. You had POs, and clearly showed no regard for the rules.

 

I highly doubt you've changed this much since January, and you'll fall into your old habits eventually.

This is important to note, if his POs were for Item Transferring then obviously he shouldn't be let back in. But if it is for other situations not related to I.T. then I don't see how given the guy a chance hurts. Just my I.M.O. since he is permad right now.

Someone who gained 11 Notes in 2024 for minge related rulebreaks to petflags getting removed and 9 bans included 1 Po for Item Transfer. Correct, I agree, someone should not just get permanently banned for transferring a few items and while its not related to other rulebreaks, however this goes with the extensive past offense list @Snorkyhas been getting the last year, I can't really recall what he said to me in the admin sit when I pulled him however I did see the full intent in the logs that hwe did this across 3 characters.

"Including one po for item transfer." Now that is the issue in my opinion, if it is true he has a previous offense for Item Transfer I would say -1 to his appeal.

Honestly, you are one of those people who never change. We let you back into our faction multiple times on the basis that you would change, you never did. I strongly believe that you should stay banned, especially if you're item transferring/being the middle man. You also allegedly had a rape list which is very cringe. Just pay Pendred to get unbanned like all of the other mega retards do. -1

Toast has mentioned some pretty valid points, I haven't met a single person that has had anything good to say about you. Some people have given you chances and help you better yourself. Time and time again you show no attempts to change and to actually heed the advice given to you. I've told you on multiple accounts people do not like you overly confrontational attitude that then leads to explosive arguments because you either don't agree or are being called out. It all starts with you saying "yeah I hear you I'll try my best to work on that", then later down the line whether that be hours days weeks later I hear about another piece of drama you've buried yourself into. I don't believe that this community is a good fit for you. And I also don't think that your attitude is or has changed. 

You are to quick to act on your emotions, per example would be when I banned you for power gaming, you attempted to have a suspect you arrested jump into the hole in the sewers just because he was mingey instead of making a staff report, after being told that you cannot do that you then walked him to the catwalk and told him to jump in the water like that was any different. You clearly have no control over you emotions and are fast to act on your anger.

There is no argument that I am saying I disagree, My hole time playing on the server I always felt like everyone was just out to get me and I guess you can say that It would always make me paranoid. Now that I realize that my ban was not just a wake up call, but a reminder to fix my shit. I needed the time to leave and understand what was going on with me. Thats actually the first step to finding what is going wrong with me. I cannot say that your wrong. There is definitely 100% wrong with me. But I took the time to work on myself. I know you may not think I can change but I will show you.
