Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?:  I was attempting to get out of the takahashi kai, Today I talked to someone privately in a IC meeting in which they told me they would get back to me to no response, I messaged someone else on pager asking for a update to being told it wouldn't work so no, I wakeup and get onto collect kickups like a amazing capo would and I get blicked in the basement. Later I found out the reasons were nothing to do with attempting to get out but we're Gambling Crew taxes, Mugging HC, Refusing to follow Orders from HC, None of which they can prove IC.
 

TLDR: The takahashi metagamed, had a HC member take the ticket (Z67H) due to them finding out ooc that I was attempting to leave and pulling out invalid reasons. my crew taxes have always been paid on time, I have never mugged on my char, nor refused to follow orders.

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines:

(By metagaming I mean using discord vc's as IC reasons to PK me instead of actual IC reasons.)

yeah this is like 30 seconds after your pk so i was fucking with you but i assumed you were switching to your jap char to unlock the doors so that people could mug us BECAUSE THEY WERE HANGING OUT IN YOUR GHETTO ROOM ON YOUR ALT WHEN I WENT TO GHETTO same people but it doesnt change the fact that the main reason for your pk was gambling taxes

wasn't even on the server, continue lying, and if the main reason for my pk is "gambling taxes"

None of you can provide proof IC or OOC that I gambled away crew taxes

To add, no harm was done finically because the 200k I owed was always given by the deadline  (sunday) so you cannot list this nonsense under that.

Final note, Pick a point, you are lying about a mugging, cannot provide a clip of you finding out that I was planning to leave IC, Cannot prove that I "Gambled crewn taxes" because all of the money I spent was from my own personal funds plus you cannot prove that I ever did otherwise,

Blang you just recently came back after a several month long hiatus and were allowed to keep your rank and you even got quickly promoted soon after to capo for the viets because they liked you, the fact that you wanted to leave takahashi and join another faction or whatever wasnt known to any members of HC until this appeal so no their was no metagame involved with your death. You were killed for being suspected of being involved with a targeted mug on a HC member, Gambling Crew taxes/faction money, being a liability to the stability of the faction and refusing to follow HC orders plain and simple. The main thing im going to touch on is the gambling you were a Crew leader which meant that you collected dues from your crew members and were supposed to kickup a certain amount and were allowed to keep whatever funds went over the agreed amount. Theirs a reason for that its so we can pay for the properties that we own and the rooms we rent so yall can have a room to do laundry. So when a mid command member who is supposed to be collecting fees has a gambling problem and cant control themselves so they wind up gambling crew/faction money it becomes a huge liability. A don was literally couped and killed for the exact reason of gambling the factions money you as a mid command member are held to a higher standard than low command and associates you should be able to control yourself and not gamble faction money but you weren't and that's ultimately a big reason why it was decided to pk you. its not because we "metagamed" that you wanted to leave its because you couldn't control your gambling addiction and gambled faction money. Everything done on our end was done legitimately and clean to ensure the pk guidelines were followed in no way shape or form was your pk "metagamed".

"Suspected to being involved in a targeted mug on a HC member" invalidated instantly due to the fact it was sushiyama (according to yokai) & wasn't even in the faction nor would be HC due to the fact he was just PKED "Gamblign Crew taxes/faction money" again, nobody can show any clips of me admitting to shit because again never did anything.

All my fees were paid by that sunday as I said earlier, pick a point and stop responding because your just mixing up what your other faction members and fellow HC have stated which just complicates things.

Every dollar I've gambled was out of my own money and none of you can prove otherwise or we're ever told otherwise.

This tells me otherwise as the guy who wrote the death note is saying that he knew about it allegedly yet nobody can provide any proof.

The reasons surrounding your orders were shaky to begin with so an investigation was opened with extra scrutiny. When conducting said investigation, it was found that your leaving the faction had been metagamed from an OOC Discord call. They also had no evidence for the other claims of why you were PK'd. For these reasons, those responsible for being malicious in using the metgamed info for your PK have been handled and your character has been restored.

Your appeal has been reviewed and accepted.

Your character has been reinstated and can be used again.
