Reason for PK:       (none of these reasons they can prove, all ooc bullshit + ticket was taken by taka hc giving fourth more reason not to ask for proof.)

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?:  I was attempting to get out of the takahashi kai, Today I talked to someone privately in a IC meeting in which they told me they would get back to me to no response, I messaged someone else on pager asking for a update to being told it wouldn't work so no, I wakeup and get onto collect kickups like a amazing capo would and I get blicked in the basement. Later I found out the reasons were nothing to do with attempting to get out but we're Gambling Crew taxes, Mugging HC, Refusing to follow Orders from HC, None of which they can prove IC.
 

TLDR: The takahashi metagamed, had a HC member take the ticket (Z67H) due to them finding out ooc that I was attempting to leave and pulling out invalid reasons. my crew taxes have always been paid on time, I have never mugged on my char, nor refused to follow orders.

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines:

(By metagaming I mean using discord vc's as IC reasons to PK me instead of actual IC reasons.)

I was not involved but Z was the one who messaged me if he was allowed to take the pk ticket since he was the only admin on. Whilst you were active, i can confirm he was sitting in the staff vc. (to avoid possible metagame and callouts)

It wasn't Z I was accusing of metagame, I was saying that the reasons are invalid and no parties are able to provide IC proof because it simply didn't happen. (Clearing it up for the others who read but ty for the insight.)

Hello Pk'ing admin here first off there was no metagame involved during or even before your death as DutchCat said to avoid any idea of me metagaming i sat in the staff vc during the whole interaction. as i was the only admin on at the time and not involved with the pk what so ever I asked DutchCat before taking the ticket, as this is the first time I'm ever hearing about you trying to leave the faction. as stated in the orders you died for the reason "gambling crew taxes, suspected involvement in robbing a HC member, refusing orders, overall labiality" these reasons are why the orders were written which are all valid reasons by themselves for orders to be written none of these reasons were metagamed

I'm a little confused, as I'm the faction leader - and I have no fucking clue what you are on about.

On top of that, the only reason you'd be looking to leave is because you were suspecting yourself of getting smizzoked lil nigga.

I don't give out PK perms to retards, so I'm not even going to look into this issue. You are a capo - you have crucial information, you are inconsistent as I've seen personally myself, you are a risky/sloppy one at best, and you do not by any means get to boast on this forum and portray my criteria that low. Anyhow, aside from my personal opinion.

From what I understand here "Gambling Crew Taxes" ALONE is the BIGGEST reason I see here alone. You cannot expect to piss your crews money and then double back by saying you will "get it back" moments after, this isn't surburbs RP - this is Mafia RP.

I was the one who brought up your PK as your boss, You had said you lost all your money gambling, in front of multiple other high command who can attest to it, and were only going to pay me 158k in taxes originally before you had decided to get the rest of it. Initially, when I had asked you about taxes and you had stated to me that it was my problem to go around and collect taxes from people instead of going to your enforcers and proceeded to argue with me about how I should go around collecting taxes when that is your role among many others as a Capo which if you needed help with you could have asked at any point and time instead of deciding to get upset. 

 

Ultimately, you failed in your role as a Capo, became a liability, knew too much, and had to be taken out of commission. If you decide to come back, do your job well, then things won't have to come to this.

The point is none of these actually happened & cannot be proved because they didn't happen, If any member can be killed for any lie/random reason then factions would fall due, which is why that's not allowed. (I have always been a loyal taka main up until the HC treated me like I was a intern as a capo. I have been in the faction for over a year on and off so these reasons make no sense to me since they didn't happen.) Again il restate, I have always paid my kickups on time, never mugged on the character from my knowledge (unless it was a year ago) and have never refused orders of the HC members.  (By metagame, I mean they are bringing OOC things of me attempting to leave into IC & Bringing random reasons that are sloppy and pieced together with little to no evidence in a attempt to get me out by death)

I said and I quote. "I am waiting for 2 of the members to get on and pay" You can go read tax logs, I never collected enough off of the viets because the crew is small and has near to not enough to cover fees.

To add your streetboss died and you bumped a MC member up to HC losing me out on another 30k in which I needed to pay kickups, If your problem is something such as blaming me for your lack of activity and not giving vietkong anything to work towards, that's not a MC member.

All of my personal money was spent gambling because ain't shit to buy, Crew taxes were never used to gamble and we're ALWAYS put into a bank to avoid me from accidently spending the money.

When a High Command Member dies, why would I not promote the next person in line who is fit for the position? As Capo, you had all the opportunity to recruit and grow as well as be promoted into the positon yourself. You could have presented your ideas in meetings, but all of a sudden, now that your character is gone, you want to bring up faction-related information and attempt to make yourself look like a good crew leader on the forums, and attempt to tarnish our reputation although I'm sure and you are not the first and will not be the last.
 

However, this thread has nothing to do with anything like that, I was simply providing you with reasoning for your PK since you saw fit to put in a PK appeal, as any player has the right to. My tone has no issue as I can freely say whatever I want regarding your PK in this thread, as far as me Allegedly using discord VC in character to provide reasoning for a PK, you had said this in game in front of an ATM so if anyone wants to stretch things that far they could pull ATM footage and see that the information you're providing is false.

Within 5 minutes of me paying him 158k, I threw him the other 50k which Qendrim handed me

I have always paid ontime by the deadline. (Each sunday) The crew is extremely small and tak never pressed the issue that he was tweaking over this issues.

My job is to be a crew leader not a live leader, I don't fucking haggle people out of there real life jobs for gmod, if someone is busy and I was told that there is nothing more you can do than wait for them to be free to pay taxes.

Its my job to be his personal bodyguard? What he does is up to him, he has a uncontrol able lust to go and do whatever he wants no matter who.
