Reason for PK: I have no idea. Genuinely i have no idea why i was pk¨d.

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I have no idea i was not told anything. A  guy just came up asked me about my name and then insta Pk¨d no explanation no nothing.

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: I have a video of the PK which occured on the cardealer premises.

as stated in the PK guidelines: When joining a criminal faction all users understand and partake in the risk of being PK'ed as is the nature of being a criminal. Members of a faction who break their IC code of conduct or run risk to the faction can be ordered killed by the faction leader. See below.

 

After some investigating, the person that wrote your death orders had told me that you were causing police to investigate, and arrest you many times in a very short time span. They had told me that you were careless whilst committing your crimes, and you put a risk towards fellow faction members, and therefore they wanted to kill you for it.

First and foremost
Reasons:
■ The person in question, has repeatedly done something to directly harm you, the family, or another member of the family. Unwarranted Harm in a financial (+10,000$) or repeated physical way, there has to be tangible damages, disrespecting someone once is not a reason to kill someone. This also means you cannot PK someone for mucking up JUST one time. Having continued issues or warnings about behaviour or disputes can cause escalation to a PK. (record the Warnings/encounters/transgressions need be)

■ Continued and repeated (despite warnings) poor behaviour, misconduct, violation of your family rules or even blatant disrespect of made men in your organization.

■ Collaborating or potentially collaborating with Government / Law enforcement agencies to take harm the faction. Reasonable suspicion they are a rat. [You may be asked to provide proof]

■ Bringing 'Heat' to the faction

As a result of their reckless action or arrests they bring attention or heat to the group and are therefore too much of a risk to keep around.
Things that constitute bringing heat:

• Caused an investigation
• Caused a search/seizure/warrant to be issued and executed
• Caused a fellow faction member(s) to be implicated or arrested
• Provided information or testimony which harmed the faction (Snitching)
• Being constantly arrested on or around faction property/members; drawing attention from erratic behaviour

[You may be asked to provide proof]

Things that DO NOT constitute bringing heat:

• Having a Felony on their record
• Being arrested or detained for a minor crime
• Being arrested or detained for a crime not related to the faction
• Simply interacting with police

I have been arrested twice. Only once for illegal possesion of narcotics, check fraud and resisting arrest. Another time for Check Fraud and illegal possesion of a firearm. 

I have a video of one arrest which is from the hardware store where i used the check and ran all the way from the docks to about the motels before i got caught. (i fail to see where i brought heat on this arrest.) 

The first arrest i ran through our premises and after i was released from prison,  i came back spoke to Brummy which told me that it was okay it happens. 

 

I never recieved a warning or any disciplinary action from any of the faction members about my two arrests.

Where is the evidence for this "careless" action i took?  The first arrest where i ran through our premises? that was the first and only time. I was not even warned about the incident Brummy simply said it is fine it happens. That¨s that.

 

I have only been arrested twice with 3-4h between the arrests for misdeamenors and one felony where is the "many times" they are referring to, heck where the fuck is the evidence of me bringing heat to the family?

Hello, I requested this PK order. The reasons I decided to do so are as follows. Firstly was the incident with you getting chased by the police and then running through our shopfront with the police following you through. This puts the faction and the property in danger from warrants, seizures or police investigations. In doing this, One of our Capo's was then asked to be a witness in your case which in turn could get him in serious trouble. Upon completing your sentence my Capo tried to speak to you regarding this incident and how it breached our rules within our faction to which you continuously blew him off and avoided him. The second instance was you pulling out a firearm right infront of police officers without having a proper license for that weapon. You then again ran away from the cops resulting in you getting chased, arrested and charged with a felony. This erratic behaviour, complete disregard of our faction rules and the immense amount of risk/danger that you put my Capo and property in is the reason you were PK'd.

Also @Abbesh, Brummy is an associate so his words to you of "its fine it happens" mean absolutely nothing.

After reading your appeal further, I realize that you are correct, and I should have asked for more proof of you doing these things, I will try and reflect on this for future pks.

I have the video of my arrest with the firearm not once did i brandish it infront of police. You just are pk hungry for no reason at all really.  The medal clip shows my one and only arrest for a illegal weapon please show me where i was brandishing my gun.

You've been here a day pal, there was a crew meeting that you didn't attend a couple hours ago not that it has anything to do with this. 

One of my guys was told by an officer that you brandished a weapon, could have lied I guess but all my points still stand.

This is my first PK in nearly 2 years lad, not PK hungry.

I was not informed of any meeting or anything i have seen the black dude with the arabic dress multiple times in the apartment whilst proccessing drugs . Not once was i called for the only time i came to the Habibi Delight i was not allowed in to the meeting? and that meeting was the hit for my head "pal".

I am the capo, regarding to the meeting situation i sent out two announcements, which you were in city for but you were careless enough to get yourself arrested, this also being when you ran through the restaurant and risked the company. I told you guys 30 minutes prior as well as the night before about the meeting with an announcement which i will happily provide as proof about that. You also implicated me due to you being arrested basically on our property (witness), and an officer coming up to me and asking for my identification because of the whole situation.

Hello Capo, Where did i brush you off? where is the multiple times that i brushed you off and did not speak to you when you were trying to speak to me regarding the incident? 

You did not tell me anything because i joined this clan quite literally about 6-7h ago no one has reached out to me regarding anything. 

I got Arrested by running through the premises about 4-5h ago cannot really recall so your announcement if yesterday does not match the time frame. 

Not once did you or anyone else attempt to reach out to me.  I had to reach out to the guy that got me in the Clan and he told me do not worry about it. How should i know he was just a associate and his word does not mean shit?

When i got myself a radio the first announcement for a meeting i went for and i was not let in 5 minutes later i was killed..

Also are you the Black guy with arabic dress-? in that case you saw me multiple times and i saw you multiple times in the apartment where we make drugs. Why did you not utter a word to me when you were showing me around?

Oooo he tryna ruleplay it. Roleplay comes first dawg, 90% of your behavior in a crime family should be common-sense. If you’re at the bottom of the totem pole in a family, you should be on your Ps and Qs 24/7 and should have a goal of not interacting with police in any matter to avoid things like this. Always show courtesy to your family and talk to higher ups and ask questions about what to do and what not to do, as they can’t train you on EVERY possible scenario otherwise recruiters get burnt out due to recruits taking several hours to train on these kinda things, assuming the recruit even lasts before they quit the server or get themselves pk‘d.

 

remember: you’re an organized crime member not a gangbanger, always avoid police interactions and if ur forced to deal with the police, as far as they know you’re an upstanding citizen, bringing them to your place of work is a free reason for investigation for them.

I agree with you but there was no roleplay in any encounter with anyone.

 

i was not told who my superiors were except for Brummy.

I tried to speak with my fellow members but i never recieved any response.

they literally invited me showed me where i can produce drugs after my incident with the police.

There was no mention of me running through the premises or anything like that.

I ran through our restuarant not our Base where we produce drugs btw.

Edit: Also i was not even in the gang when that happened i was the lowest rank there is i believe. They did not kick me instead they promoted me so i could buy drugs and they showed me where i could process it.

I have the Video of the arrest when i ran through the property no one was there and Brummy followed the police in after i ran in. You said Brummy was not a leader just a member?  So who did i Implicate?

While jmoorsey may admit fault for not checking into the situation further, he was still correct in allowing the orders. You are not granted or guaranteed any prior warning by faction leadership if you are to break the rules of the family. You not only broke their rules, you also accessed illegal items from their racket checking another box for them to have  your death ordered granted they had a valid reason. Any faction in the server, can happily order your death if your actions directly bring law enforcement into their properties. In the future, while a new member of a faction, you will do well to ensure to don't ruffle any feathers, piss off any cops, or deny orders from anyone that at least appears important.

We have determined this PK to be reasonable and/or justified.
