What flags were blacklisted from you?: PET

Reason for blacklist (if given):  Spawning in double decker parking in front of Napoli the day after after the staff member who took the flags said not to use the dupe

Why should they be returned?: I've learned my lesson and I won't be putting any kind of shit down after staff says it's no good, I'd much rather treat pet flags like a roleplay utility than a toy, and I will not fuck around with them again

im just gonna copy and paste my reply from your last appeal,

"Heres the context to the flag blacklist,

Yesterday I saw you put up a dupe which blocked off the parking areas of little italy. Despite your priors for prop misusage I had decided to be lenient and simply tell you to delete it and not paste it again. Which you agreed to and promptly did.

THEN, just a day later, today, you pasted the SAME dupe also in little italy, ALSO blocked a property and parking area within little italy. Considering your POs and the fact that just the day before I had told you not to place that very dupe I believed that blacklisting your flags would be a completely valid punishment.

Additionally, after I had taken your flags another administrator came to me and said that in a separate incident (whether it was before or after our initial discussion I dont know) in which you had placed this same dupe once again blocking a parking area of little italy. And in this situation someone WAS crushed and killed."

It's been a little over a month since your last appeal which was denied. I hope that you truly have learnt your lesson, and IF this gets accepted you won't be silly with ur PET flags again. And, I do hope you know if this were to get accepted you'd be on a very short leash when it comes to using your PET flags.

It's been a little over a month since your last appeal which was denied. I hope that you truly have learnt your lesson, and IF this gets accepted you won't be silly with ur PET flags again. Of course, I literally NEED them for my playstyle to exist. My playstyle being, very passive, very at-will. I rarely involve myself in anything vendor related, most of my money comes from players thinking my work looks cool or I make Rockefeller look industrial, make it look alive. I won't be bothering anybody with these tools again.

What do you expect me to do exactly? Most of the things I can do with PET flags are supposed to be in private property. Gambling tables, furniture, contraptions, all these things are supposed to be done somewhere the cops won't get pissed at me for, or it won't be in the way of the actual road.

Adding to this, the privilege of being returned the flags means I won't be abusing them. They would be MY privilege to use, so I can choose where and how to use them. I will not be using them to impress YOU, I will be using them to do what I actually need to do with them. If I pass the BAR, I'll want an office dupe or two for when I go to different locations. Things that boost my prevalence RP wise without fucking up other people's experience.

This is going to be your only chance at redemption. If you fuck up in even the slightest bit, your flags will be revoked, and you'll have an extremely hard chance at appealing. Remember that staff have final say, and if you're told to take it down, take it down and keep it down. Don't go asking other staff for their opinion. If you're told not to place a dupe down, just don't do it. 

 

Your flag appeal has been reviewed and accepted.

The blacklist will be lifted from your account shortly.
