Sneak
Make it show if a PK'd player had a Lockpick in their hands at the time of their death during forensics. Allows for legal defensive kills with solid evidence of it being in defense of one's property Link to comment

VastGuner
Pretty sure it would still be murder anyways killing a lockpicker isnt self defense Link to comment
KingJewMonaclu
You guys do realize that if you call the police and say it's self defense we usually won't prosecute you, right? Link to comment

Omerta
Showing if someone had a weapon out, had shot a weapon, had lockpicks, etc. would be good. It's called FORENSICS. Tells you what the person was doing when they died just as much as how they died. Gives you a clear idea of what happened and why. Which is supposed to be the point of an investigation... Z67H
There are many times I’ve seen a person call 911 saying it was self defense and they get arrested for it still Link to comment
Greenghost_906
There’s a difference between arrested and prosecuted. The self-report can most likely lead to the cuffs being slapped on, either due to patrol incompetence or an experienced officer being overzealous, but you won’t get convicted if it actually was. The DA’s office likely won’t charge you, and if they do they’re wasting their time. There is no way you couldn’t possible create a reasonable doubt when you are innocent.
