Add Age Change and Ethnicity Change to the Hospital NPC

It would take money out of the economy and a lot of people would pay for this. Yeah, it's kind of fail roleplay changing your ethnicity/age but people already make donation tickets for it and I think for the sake of the game I think it's a needed mechanic.

The age should definitely be a tillable area just like description. If you guys don’t wanna do birthdays and have us age as time goes then let us at least do our own thing and set our ages. People sometimes tweak their characters to fit things better; many of us/most have done it. Being able to set age wouldn’t affect anything but being able to age properly in RP.

Ethnicity change would make it a lot easier for an alliance such as the commission to require people to be Italian to be made as most people just defaultly make their chars American etc. and don’t realize it could impact the way they play the server. +1

I mean, realistically you cant change your ethnicity, nor nationality considering everyone has a legal NYC ID card so youre technically a nationalised American. As much as its a good idea i'd -1 it as its not realistic and wouldn't serve much purpose, some things should stay permanent and shouldn't be changed. 

 

Unless its perhaps a one time change to potentially correct shit if youre char is too deep into the game but even then its what's the point - they dont serve much purpose at all aside from joining ethnic specific factions

I see both sides of this, you should obviously make your character how you want them for the long-run but I myself have picked a head I liked just to find out I can never wear a cool hat because they're not compatible. +1 on this idea
