Long Answer

What is your motivation/reason for applying?:  *My motivation and reasoning for applying to the staff team is that I find myself enjoying the server and want to use my skills in managing players and people for the better because what I've seen during my playtime is unacceptable staff should not let tickets be open for an hour straight so my goal is to be that one staff member that's always on and helping.  I want to extend my knowledge of staffing to assist Diverge wherever I can. Being unbiased, keeping a reliable schedule to stay online, and my professionalism have all kept me able to maintain a staff position for long periods on other servers (obviously not there anymore). I enjoy being able to keep servers that I put lots of time into organized and managed correctly, and becoming a staff member is the perfect way to step foot in that realm. I can provide my experience and my assistance here, and that is why I have motivation to staff at Diverge. . 

Why should you be considered over other candidates?:  *I should be considered over other candidates for staff because of many reasons; my activity, professionalism, experience, and dedication. I provide excellence to being helpful toward the players that might need it, and with my experience of staffing on a generous amount of other servers. With my many years of being taught how to be grateful to have the players we have and do my best to make sure their time here is nothing but what they want, I can make sure I do my job right. I have the dedication and activity that will blow most of the other candidates away. Making an imprint of who I am here will only better the server and give good roleplay to people who are looking for it. 
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long):

i was staff on ICEFUSE clone wars rp until i retired my ranks were Moderator x4 Senior Moderator x2 Admin x2 for about 3 years on and off hints the 3000 hours 

Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: i don't think so.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: 

* i would consider myself well know by some people, i have a couple friends here and there i would also consider the whole police force my friends as i am a officer within the faction We've had some fun interactions i think they love me. other than that i love interacting with people love the role play that they do. i would consider my reputation to be good i mean there's always gonna be that one guy that hates you but my reps pretty good in the pd and in some crime families. in the streets some people know me i am always doing what i can to get myself out there and get closer with some players having fun the whole time getting to know everyone i can I'm very friendly and understanding   

What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?: getting in shootouts with my partner, getting dragged by cars, getting shot from neverland and the awesome roleplay the community starts

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: If I am off duty I would wait for another staff to take the ticket if there are active staff on-duty. If the ticket has been up for over a minute that is way to long and needs to be dealt with. At this point in time I will swap to my staff char and then accept the ticket once I am on the staff char not a second before. Once I have accepted the ticket I will noclip to the admin boxes and ask what the problem is and request a video of said RDM and once I have seen the evidence I will then bring the person being reported and ask them their side of the story and if it doesn't line up with the video then they will be noted, and jailed for RDM for 10mins

You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?:

gather evidence and make a report to someone who is higher up then me is key to this situation. 

 

A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM'ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: 

Still taking the ticket with professionalism is how to solve the issue. Friend or family doesn't matter. Knowing this person still doesn't mean you can be biased toward them. If you can see in the logs that they committed an RDM or minging, you still need to punish them for their actions.

As long as you know the rules and are actually dedicated, seems fair to give you a chance
