To have some kind of recourse as a criminal. As a criminal, all you can do is watch as detectives, or other officers, blow through your entire organization, and go really overly hard on your organization in order to get whatever victory they have in mind. There’s nothing to be done. Typically, even if you find the detective, they’re placed inside the PD which is unraidable, and the only people willing to risk their job are usually conflict locked from doing so.

I would prefer to keep it this way mainly because Italians weren't exactly known for fighting the police or feds back in the day in our timeframe, when the cops came they showed class and took the arrest on the chin; not run, not fight back, etc. For the New York area in the 90s, this was how they handled themselves with the police, and I think this specific mechanic could remain beneficial as if you were to change this, it would go from MafiaRP to Cops & Robbers really fast.

I do like the suggestion overall. On top of your suggestions, I've heard several people over the last year throw around the idea of "setting a max limit to how many people can be on pd whitelist based on number of criminals", but that's another post in itself.

  2. You lockpicked several rooms / doors in The Continental and the same company's apartment above their restaurant all within 5-10 minutes. This is considered mass raiding and I find it sketchy that you were the only one to make an appeal, not your friend who has notes from the past which tells me he's had several opportunities to read the rules and inform the people he's playing with what those rules are so he himself, as well as the people he plays with, don't get in trouble. I can't get on board with the "I'm the innocent one with no priors I shouldn't have been punished for breaking the same rules" narrative.

Against a reversal but this isn't my call.

  3. We have determined that your first disconnection based on the evidence in a clip was indeed LTARP, however the second disconnection was a time-out being unintentional.

Therefore This has been Accepted. Your ban will be reduced to 8 hours for the LTARP offense.

    Thank you for appealing.

  4. I remember seeing 2 dorks with tik tok hair baking a cake to get unbanned when I first joined last year, you can do it too. If you put the atlanta falcons or atlanta braves logo on it you’ll get a +1 from me.

  5. You were killed for Name dropping high command in radio several times after being repeatedly asked to stop, disrespecting a capo in front of made men, allies and customers in the restaraunt.

TLDR; you joined a crime family, acted a fool, and got wacked for it. When joining criminal factions read the prompt on your screen before clicking accept

  6. Sorry on phone at work don’t have proper time to explain in depth but you were Dons Ordered from Supreme for (gonna paraphrase off memory due to above reasons) “disrespecting hc and attracting the police via committing crimes and then running into your faction property opening the possibility of bringing the heat to your family.”

When joining a criminal organization please read the prompt that comes up on your screen that you have to agree to.

  7. Yes, when bumping into a wall just before the stash even if you take 1hp damage it triggers a lengthy cooldown to use the stash. If you can still hop characters, use ATMs, car trunks, etc I think you should be able to use stashes as well without car damage being a cooldown

Now to clarify; I'm not opposed at all to keeping a damage cooldown active for damage from other players only

  8. Maybe don't lock cops to their crim chars but I get that having 25 cops on during a conflict is annoying asf.

Personally, I think if cops lack the common sense to walk right into the middle of a known conflict area where there's shootouts, there shouldn't be any punishment or RDM claims if people mow down cops too to avoid any of their guys getting arrested, especially since if you get arrested and put in pen faction you can't get rewhitelisted to your crim character to get back into the conflict after leaving jail.

  9. Oooo he tryna ruleplay it. Roleplay comes first dawg, 90% of your behavior in a crime family should be common-sense. If you’re at the bottom of the totem pole in a family, you should be on your Ps and Qs 24/7 and should have a goal of not interacting with police in any matter to avoid things like this. Always show courtesy to your family and talk to higher ups and ask questions about what to do and what not to do, as they can’t train you on EVERY possible scenario otherwise recruiters get burnt out due to recruits taking several hours to train on these kinda things, assuming the recruit even lasts before they quit the server or get themselves pk‘d.

remember: you’re an organized crime member not a gangbanger, always avoid police interactions and if ur forced to deal with the police, as far as they know you’re an upstanding citizen, bringing them to your place of work is a free reason for investigation for them.

  10. just to decrease the amount of development behind it, just add a car dealer npc at the docks and add a spawnable / purchasable jetski.

reverse the properties for certain things that explode when dropped in water to explode the jetski if someone tries to drive it on land. (That was a big issue for PERP back in the day, dudes would be driving around city roads on a jetski lol).

  11. +1 Englishman I will personally vouch for his actions as staff and will ensure he is a neutral bloke that takes tickets efficiently and effectively.

If he gets fired I will perma resign for my failure.
