Nobody is lying here so I don't understand what your trying to say at this point I explained my situation and showed my clip as well I not only had the right to kill the person who pistol whipped me but also from the other people who open fired on me as well. I wasn't even antagonizing them I was role playing as my character to one specific guy. He got upset over it and initiated a situation so i killed him them I proceeded to get shot by the other people so I protected myself your acting like I was going around killing people just to kill which I wasn't. You didn't even let me explain this in my sit which is unprofessional in my opinion you had one persons side and went with it without letting me explain my side which isn't fair to me or other players.

I think I should be unbanned because the kill on the guy was not intentional as there were like 3 guys trying to shoot me. The guys that I was trying to defend myself from had ran behind a wall and since I was from a distance and I didn't have a clear view from the guy who was shooting at me and there was a guy who at jumped from the side of the wall who I thought was the original guy shooting me ended up being killed by me since I thought it was the guy shooting me since I was panicking. It was not my intention to kill the guy but there was a lot of people who tried to shoot me and I was just trying to protect myself from who was. I didn't get to explain this in my sit since falcon did not let me, I did shoot first I had just got confused since I thought falcon was trying to say I killed someone for no reason but I was actually pistol whipped then defended myself which is why i had to shoot first. I apologize for killing the guy but it was not intentional which is why I think it would be fair to unban me. i understand that theres a history of that but i have a whole new character that ive had for almost a month and been doing a lot of other things other than mugging. i dont see how you can just pk a character with no proof of it being a mugging character other then ive had old previous offenses i would understand if there was valid proof of it but there is none.

Both the ban for mugging char and the pk were unfair as my character was not a mugging character you had no proof that it was you stated yourself i was active on it which i have been so i dont understand what your reason was for the pk.

Jmoorsey Pked my character and banned me for mugging character im not going to argue the power game because its a bit of a confusing topic to me and i had no priors for it. My character is the only character ive been active on and he even stated it himself during the sit in the clip provided below. I also feel it was unfair that he took a sit for his friend and when we asked for a higher up he said he didnt need to which i didnt think was being fair to me or anyone else hes possibly done that to. I take responsibility for the power game since i didnt fully understand it but my character shouldnt have been pked because this is the only other character i have.
