Hello, Pking administrator here. I was met with a ticket stating "Don's Orders" . This ticket was made for your death due to doing things you weren't supposed to. For example, the orders briefly stated you were attempting to sell drugs to a friend of the faction in the middle of their business. Violating their rules. When you joined the family it was brought to your attention that you will not break any rules or do things that could possibly endanger the family. With this being said the faction has decided to Pk you for your actions.

-1 Try to get a little more play time and learn the rules more. In the future a little more effort on the problem-solving portion.

So as one of the people that mugged you, I did not go back on a new char. We had made a ticket, and the bodies were spawned then craszy went back to grab evidence(casings) and we decided to take a picture (After 15 minutes of me dying). I was then brought later (10 minutes) by admins telling me that even though I died to a bug it was we either all die or stay alive. It was also not a pk bait being that we were there to mug you not at all to kill you (We both had restraints). Also, having a 60% keyboard is your fault knowing that is IC binds used with the Formula keys.

Hello, when you were in the sit with me and were comped you asked to stay to reload. I gave you plenty of time before sending you back and you did put the gun away. So when you had returned you must of pulled the gun out.

What is your motivation/reason for applying?: My motivation for applying for this staff position is that I really enjoy the server and the people around it. When I first joined I was introduced in a great way and many kind people. After playing for a good while now I can say that I would like to help the people of diverge out and keep people from ruining the game for others. I have been staff on other servers in the past and enjoyed it before those servers died out, so I would love to continue on the server I play now. I would love to see more people and make friends with staff members and become someone who is known around the community. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: Even though I don't think I'm better than anyone I do think I know a lot compared to some. I don't have many warns and any bans and this shows I try to abide by the rules when I can. I will do my best to enforce the rules and help players not want to quit because of people breaking the rules. Also, I can put as much time and effort needed for me to complete what I can during the week. I do think that if some people do know me that my reputation is not bad at all being I don't try to make myself hated for others to dislike me. How do you handle this?: Since I have witnessed the event I would get out of my RP situation or whatever I am doing and get on my staff char and take the ticket if it was made and gather any evidence, we have of this guy rdming someone. After, doing so I would do any other tickets that are needed for me to do. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: If I see this, I will tell a higher up immediately and try to get evidence of whatever the person is doing. Waiting too long to tell someone about what he is doing could lead to that staff member abusing even more ruining things for other people. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: If I were in this situation I would take all of evidence in account and decide the decision based off of it. I will not be bias to any faction member or friend because it is not fair that they could be ruining players fun and get away with it.
