  2. Hello Thomas, first, I'd like to say, the pop-up that shows up when you join a criminal faction does not state i can be killed for any reason. Basically what the pop-up states, is i CAN be killed via a valid dons orders. Another thing I would like to mention that it states in the rules "A valid reason is required for all PK’s. A PK’s approval is entirely dependent on the reason given, if you give a weak reason such as “he disrespected me” then your PK will not be approved." there is no rule in the "Family Member Kills" section in the PK guidelines that constitutes towards a PK in my situation This rule is inclining me to believe that this PK is invalid, hope you understand.

  5. the "I BRIBED MAGGIE FINCH" was a joke nigga and by you saying "you were also being disrespectful to a HC's wife" means you are proving my point exactly. I was disrespecting her OOCly. Her rank IC was not even above made at the time of me disrespecting her, matter a fact, she was an associate at the time. (rank does not matter, as she was disrespected OOC regardless)

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I disrespected an associate of Takahashi-Kai in an Out Of Character Voice Channel, making the said associate upset oocly, making the faction leader of Takahashi-Kai write an order on me. While i do feel bad about what ive done, this PK is not valid. The don of Takahashi-Kai, Spaceium, will more than likely come up with a reason to make this PK valid, such as me being arrested 3 times (may i also mention all 3 arrests were invalid) or disrespect in character, which he more than likely has no proof of. If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines:

What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I want to start fresh on diverge by making a staff application, to show im trying my best to turn a new leaf. I think I could genuinely make diverge a better place by moderating. Becoming staff is my #1 goal on Diverge Networks, I feel as if becoming a staff member in the diverge community is the only real way to sort of "redeem" myself for all my past transgressions, atoning in a way. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I think my motivation is unlike any others, the ammount of effort I have tried putting into Diverge to keep myself from getting banned or warned is immense, if I am being honest, these past 3 months of me not getting banned has been the best diverge exerience ive had. Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): Not on diverge networks, i do faintly remember moderating a small DarkRP server that shut down early last year. Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Unfortunately, yes. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: I once preformed a PK in a faction, where we were leading a guy into a hotel room. As soon as he opened the bathroom door to the room, my fellow faction member (Jxy3) opened fire on the person we were PK'ing, missing about two mags with a Colt M45 SOC, and being saved by Plixily. (Miss you Plixily) Have any staff members recommended you? Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: If im not busy, I will get on duty and take any tickets made, if i happen to be doing something in the current moment, i will finish up whatever i would be doing, and take any tickets that have been made. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: If i KNOW its abuse, i will either make a staff report, or speak to Rem, or higher moderation to confirm that the actions made by the said staff member were considered abuse, I would then let UA take care of the situation. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? If i became staff, i would genuinely straighten myself out for this server. I would never unintentionally break server rules, I know right from wrong. I feel as if I could genuinely help this community if i ever became staff. Being staff would also up my activity Why should you be considered over other candidates?: Besides my bans, i am a perfect moderator! Pinky promise! I have about 13 bans, including one perma ban, and multiple Past Offenses... Including RDM, LTARP, and one instance of Alting. I understand I may not be trusted as staff considering my PO's. After actually using my brain, I decided to try to stop getting banned after my 30 day ban and learning im two inches away from another perma. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I would say im sort of known in the diverge community, but not in a good way, i have been seen as a minge, a troll, and a retard, which i am at times, but as i said before, being staff would change all of that. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: Problably when I preformed a PK for my faction, and my fellow faction member missed about 9 shots with a pistol point blank. I was dying of laughter. Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: Lomac, and only Lomac. How do you handle this?: I would clip the incident, and use staff chat saying "There is someone blatently RDM'ing at this location" If there was no other staff on at the time, I would finish whatever i was doing at the current moment, and switch to my staff character, i would then teleport the accused RDM'er and take possible RDM tickets. I would then proceed to punish the accused appropietly. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would clip the staff member abusing their staff character, and speak to Rem, or someone higher to confirm that what the staff member did was in fact abuse of staff, I would then let UA handle the situation. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: If there is valid evidence of someone RDM'ing and Minging, I would take the ticket, and handle the situation as best as I could, trying to look at the situation in an unbiased way, as if i was the one being rdm'd. I would then proceed to ask for evidence, and view said evidence. If the evidence is valid, i would then proceed to punish the accused accordingly. I do not believe anyone is worth staff abusing for. ---------------------------------------------------------
