Hey, so last night I handled your ticket where you claimed that one of the cops was breaking NLR. I noticed that he had been killed by you three minutes before returning to the situation. For this reason, I checked the logs and the rules and determined that it was indeed a breach of NLR. He was noted for it as well. However, the fact that you opened fire on the cops first is what led me to enforce the PK. Not only that, but none of the other officers were breaking NLR at the time. They had received a 911 call, and I was also provided with a screenshot showing that someone had called the PD to the location where the PK took place. You could have opened a staff ticket to report the NLR issue instead of shooting at the other officers, especially knowing it would likely result in your death since you were outnumbered. The fact that one officer was breaking NLR does not invalidate or void the PK itself, as the situation originated from a 911 call and not as an act of revenge. From my perspective, these were two separate situations, with the second one having a direct impact on your char’s life. You chose to take the risk by opening fire, and as a result, you died. The other officers did not break any rules, nor were they instructed by the officer who broke NLR to go to the location. They responded to a 911 call. Now, let me be clear about something. I checked the logs and the rules thoroughly, and while it may be true that the officer who broke NLR was pressuring me to rush the decision, I chose not to. Initially, I said I would consult other staff members, but since no one else was online, I conducted my own research and concluded that the PK was fully justified. There was no bias involved whatsoever. I also stated, if you recall, that I wanted to make the best decision possible, not an unfair one. I understand your frustration, as losing a char is never something to take lightly, but my judgment of the situation was not taken lightly either. I listened to both perspectives, and based on all the information and analysis, I concluded that the PK was justified, with the NLR violation by one officer not voiding the scenario for the reasons previously explained.

Anyone can claim they were shot at first; however, you provided no evidence. When asked for a clip, you refused to provide one. For all we know, you may have been cop baiting in your previous interactions with them. I suggest you read the PK guidelines so that next time you understand that shooting at them can result in your char’s death.

Hey. In this instance, you were PKed because you shot at the police, which led to your death afterward. Rule: "Initiating a shootout or violent confrontation with Police can lead to a PK. Killing or attacking an Officer after initiating a violent confrontation leaves you PK active from officers for about 15 minutes. Generally we want people to not immediately go for the gun when dealing with Police, as a result if you escalate a situation to a shootout and lose you can be punished via PK as your character was killed." Hello In this instance I was the admin responsible for issuing the PK on your character. The reason for this PK is that the individual who initiated the mugging did so in a valid mugging zone, away from any potential witnesses. They proceeded to demand a reasonable amount of cash and instructed you to put your hands up. You did not comply with any of these commands. Additionally, you attempted to run despite being aware that doing so could put your character´s life at risk in an effort to avoid the mugging. As a result, the other guy shot you, which led to your char´s death. You were given ample time to comply with the demands but chose not to do so. I will leave the final decision to another staff member who reviews this PK.

Hello! At the time, a cop submitted a staff ticket requesting a PK. In the clip they provided, it shows them chasing you to the ghetto, and you opening fire on them first, which then resulted in your death. I also tried to bring you to a sit, but you were offline at the time. An important side note: The following clip (Untitled - Clipado Garry's Mod com Medal.tv) was the only clip provided in the sit. The initial interaction was not brought to my attention.

The main reasons were your prolonged absence and your refusal to pay them money in exchange for protection and use of their racket Keep in mind that you should not delete the character while you are waiting a decision on this appeal. As I said in-game before I banned you, you lack social skills and self-awareness. You´re just a spastic moron who has to resort to insult other people, because you feel small. Instead of taking responsibility, you chose to lash out and act immature. Maybe reflect on that for a moment, as I do not see an unban or ban reduction being applicable, especially given your attitude throughout this ban appeal.

I am the banning admin in this case. In this instance, your old char was pked by another faction after you left them. Immediatelly afterward, you decided to create a new character with an identical name to your old one. I informed you had to change it, but instead of complying, you started going on about how "Winchester is an Arab and is poor", eeven though you are unable to pay for an unban. After that you decided to go to the cops who were investigating a dead body (your old char´s body) and you tried to snitch on them. Upon which occasion, I banned you for NITRP. Claiming you are new to the server is not an excuse, especially since you stated in your own ban appeal that previous staff members had already sent you the link to the rules. Please also keep in mind the following rule, under the "Character Rules" section: You may not create a new character with the name of an old character that was PK'ed. Nor are you allowed to roleplay as the son/brother/father/family member etc. of any of your past characters. Your characters should have zero relation to each other.

Hey, so I was the staff who banned you for those reasons. When I tried to pull you into a sit, you were not present on the server anymore, for me to hear your POV of the events. I followed the evidence that was provided by the other player and acted accordingly. The clip provided showed the Officer trying to kick down the door of the car in an attempt to get you out and arrest you, and in all the time this issue happened, you never made a ticket to explain your side of the story or to even get you unglitched, if this in fact was an accident/unintentional on your side. If it was unintenional, I am all for an unban as only a few hours remain on the ban either way. However, as future reference, please make a ticket ingame (@ + message) if you are glitched out and it is not your fault. If you do not, then other staff may think you ar doing so on purpose and act accordingly. Also, and as a final note, the officer was even killed when whoever was driving the car ragdolled them, and this situation could have been avoided if you had made a ticket for assistance.

I would like to see this type of faction in the city. However, your unique rp examples document is very limited. You need more unique ideas there, and ideas more related with scary, demonic, etc type of events. The backstory is really interesting, but you should implement some of those things in actual RP, even if your character is not behind bars anymore. I feel like your faction needs more bloodied events, to instill fear in the city and in other players, to make people doubt about things they are seeing. For example, you could invest inn gore related revents or even in gruesome crime scenes, and make a name for yourself, leaving your mark. For every crime you commit, then you would leave hints as to whom really committed such crimes. But then again, this is just my feedback and you might have other things planned (similar or opposite to this). Overall, I am a +1 for this as it would bring another aspect of RP we have not seen so far, or at least so present.

Hey, so I am the admin who permakilled your character for LTARP. The reason why is because you were shot, and drove to a place where no one else could see you and you left (disconnected while under a damage cooldown). When you join a faction/server, you know the rules and consequences and advocating lack of knowledge is not an excuse to have your character come back to life. You had your chance to fight for your char´s but you threw it away when you decided to LTARP.

Hey! So you were banned because you joined the server to only punch and RDM other players. You did not make an effort to do actual RP as you only punched to kill. If you had actually made an effort, than a ban would be unjustified.

Hey Randy So I was the staff member who set your character pk active. The reason why is because according to your faction leaders, you kept skipping paying the taxes you owed them, eventually leading to your death. When you join a criminal faction, you should be aware that your actions do have consequences and avoiding them is not the way to go. On top of that, the situation with your police character had nothing to do with this situation, as far as I saw it, as they never even mentioned your cop character, leading me to believe this pk does not result from OOC beef. However, if you do have evidence that´s the case, feel free to publish such evidence in this thread.

Hey So your char was pked for the simple reason that you had no intention to go on with the RP. LTARP to avoid RP consequences leads to a PK. You knew the consequences for that, and by LTARP you assumed responsibiity for that.

Hi, I was the staff member who pked your character. I was showed this clip: Untitled - Clipado com Medal.tv by the Probationary Officer, and I pked you for Violent Confrontation with the Police. However, another staff member showed me another clip (this one: Untitled - Copy - Clipado com Medal.tv) which shows the cop stated "That´s a pk" at the end of the clip, and provides further context of the situation. As per server rules, all communication must be kept ICLy. Good luck on your appeal, and I will leave the decision to another staff member who takes over this pk appeal.

I was the staff member who did the flags blacklist. I was flying around the city, and I happened to come across this interaction you described in your appeal. While yes it may be true you were not hugely affecting the server, but you were still trying to use several props to kill your friend. To be noted that I also asked in the staff chat for a second opinion, as I did not want to be unfair, and a fellow staff member told me that you should know better as you have a previous note for the same instance, as well as you being an old player on the server, and should have been aware of server rules regardless. Will leave the decision for the unblacklist for other staff member.

What do you do?: Clip the situation/s and ask a higher ranking staff member (not involved in the situation) for advice on what to do especially if it is a higher ranking staff member breaking server rules. Before this, I would also tell the staff member breaking the rules to stop doing what they are doing. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: If there are other staff online I would let them take the sit as it would constitute possible bias. I like the faction app and you guys seem organized with an hierarchy and everything, plus the video is fire (don´t listen to the haters, they base their whole roleplay in racist remarks). Besides, a new faction brings new blood to the server and new rp opportunities. Good luck!

A good idea that I would like to see implemented

A good, genuine guy who likes helping others, has been dedicating a lot of time to the server and some people already know him in a short span of time. Give him a chance

Let me break it down for you: me and everyone else who said the guy is not cheating, said so because they looked at every single clip, all the comments, etc and not only a singular clip of the retarded guy shooting at the wall. Me quoting that said clip just goes to demonstrate that you and everyone else is just trying to ban a regular player who does not use cheats because of ignorance when it comes to cheating. Now you said you know how to detect cheats so show everyone proof that the guy is cheating and not only base your opinion on some clips that honestly do not prove anything at all. On top of this, the fact you refused to spectate Hans gameplay and his computer files to see if he had cheats just goes to show you are so convinced that the guy is cheating that you don´t even want to investigate further. To ban someone for cheating needs substantial proof over the span of a few gameplays + investigating their pc files in real time + comparing it to different gameplays in different video games even with different settings in place + spectating ingame within different angles to properly come to that conclusion (something that you did not do, otherwise we would not have this ban appeal in place with so many people going off some clips solely). If you had done proper investigation then there would be no place for doubts.

Ban reason is hacking? If you claim the guy to be cheating at least specify the cheats he used in the ban reason. But no, he is not cheating. You see crazier shit in cs-go and some of the guys are not even pros. Honestly, a lot of players including myself just suck at pvp and Gmod is an old game full of bugs, lag, etc. Not to mention the fact that PM-9 is an op gun and even I can kill anyone with it. Also the guy shooting at the wall with a PM-9 to demonstrate the guy is cheating is just outrageous. Do you want to compare a moving target with a wall? Just unban the guy and get good at pvp.

I absolutely agree especially after talking with you in dms on discord. The LTARP was completely my fault and I appreciate the fact you were lenient with me. Lesson learned on my part
