I banned you because you shot someone inside the hospital limits which was one of the safezones for the event for no valid reason, when i brought you to the sit you were afk but i did give you well enought time to come back but you didnt, i do think its conviniant that you DM'd me almost instantaneously after the ban asking why you were banned. While yes logan did say that campers were gonna be kicked I thought a one day ban would be more fit since you have past RDM PO's and and it wasnt really a camping situation. Now you claim that he was spawn camping and shooting people in the zone but when i checked logs i didnt see anything that made that seem true. IF you do have proof of him doing he'll be punished accordingly but it doesnt give you the permision to kill him anyways. Hello, Banning staff here, I banned you because I was provided with this clip (https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/i8oeyid03JJipOa8-/d1337U6CHTAz?invite=cr-MSxleTMsMjIyMDYyOTE3LA) of you trying to kill someone for no valid reason. You said the reason you shot them was because they had a gun out and you thought they were gonna do smth to you or your friends, but you can see if the clip that this person turned away when pulling out their gun and putting it on safety and walking away, at that point when they had walked a good bit away you started to shoot at them and stopped. You had no valid reason to shoot them from the beginning as i explained in the sit that they were an idle threat and not an active one. Even if its a person you are beefing with has a gun on safety doesnt mean you get to kill em. Even if they accidentally point it at you.

How do you handle this?: If I wasnt involved in the RDM situation i would wait until someone makes a ticket about it and then take it. But if i was involved in it i would contact another staff member currently on to deal with its ticket and provide evidence if needed. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I clip everything i can and provide it to UA and try not to get involved with them. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: If there was another staff member on i would let him take the ticket and maybe tell him why i cant take it, if im the only staff on i would do my best to not be too biast and go off of what evidence and what logs say and make a logic disicion.
