Why should you be unPK’d? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: On the night of the incident, I was briefly AFK while getting my family ready for bed, as it was late. When I returned, multiple officers were already at my property and questioning me. I informed them I had just returned and was about to log off. I was then told I was not free to leave, and RP was initiated. To avoid any LTARP violation and because I value my character’s life, I fully complied with all instructions. Officers searched the property and found illegal plants in the basement. Following this discovery, I was detained and fingerprinted. After running my prints, they confirmed that my fingerprints were not on the doors connected to the grow operation. After confirming there was no fingerprint evidence tying me to the plants, they attempted to have me sign off on the charges. I did not accept or sign any charges. At no point was I provided a lawyer, despite being told one would be provided if I did not have one. I was also not given an opportunity to contact one myself. No formal conviction or completed legal process occurred. By this time, the situation had been ongoing for nearly 30 minutes. I had already mentioned I needed to log off due to it being late. To ensure transparency and avoid any rule violations, I created a staff ticket explaining that the situation had lasted over 20 minutes and that I needed to log off. I apologized in the ticket before disconnecting. Despite No fingerprint evidence linking me to the illegal plants No signed or accepted charges No legal counsel provided No formal conviction My character was permanently killed I believe the PK did not meet the evidentiary or due process standards required for a permanent kill. I respectfully request review the situation and relevant logs. If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: N/A

Thank you so much for your constructive criticism I am grateful for the support and hope to exceed expectations I agree, more cult like events in city would absolutely boost our influence. Thus far we have had a handful of cult related events, though none of them have boomed as much as anticipated. We have had successful cleansings / baptizing events as well as a human sacrifice, though I agree; more volume of cult activities would be beneficial to our image.

You're absolutely correct about the enforcers; Though not every issue is serious enough to risk one of your own men, so we would like to risk ours, for you. We have faced a few situations where discretion is necessary to perform disciplinary action, and an unaffiliated faction could be a viable source of discipline where factions want to maintain peace within their alliances and factions themselves. I have personally hired other factions to do dirty work for myself which involved a made mans death and I wanted no personal ties aside from the word and paycheck for services. Its absolutely something that could be utilized by any faction in terms of taking disciplinary action when enforcers are either unavailable for whatever reason (theyre already riding hot, they have company business to tend beforehand, or simply its a time sensitive task and no enforcers are physically available) . We don't intend to just roll around asking "has you or someone you know been breaking the rules?" but rather approach these scenarios from an outside unbiased perspective to assist other factions in RP to gain deeper business relations Rituals take many shapes and forms from humiliation rituals, to chanting and summoning entities, as well as human sacrifice. We do not have much to work with in terms of animals to sacrifice on the server aside from the purchasable shoulder pets (which lets be for real, we might be a cult but we don't condone or support harming animals) so we would like to keep sacrifices as human offerings to Paimon when doing any sort of sacrifice. I have taken some time to recreate another backstory as well as revise the promotional activity event form as well as unique rp ideas to better fit the application. Hope this is something more along the lines of what everyone is looking for when they go to check a backstory related to a cult. I see your concern with there not being a possible route to be completely neutral, though there are alliances actively who are unaffiliated who are great examples. I can see the point you're making with the slow burn, I don't believe I have worked with enough different companies to say I can speak for everybody's promotion process I am really just excited to bring new rp to the city, and I don't want to be another 3 month faction so I'm really trying to take account for what the community wants to see rather than what I would like to do. Paimon is a Goetic demon referenced in the Lesser Key of Solomon I really appreciate the positive feedback. I am trying to do something different Lowk after review I realize the mistakes in my faction backstory not clouded by the excitement of turning it in. As a cult the outright title granted by Paimon (Goetical demon listed in the Lesser Key of Solomon) to the leader would be Black Deacon. These questions really help me consider further revision to backstory if for some reason it is deemed inadequate. We dont intend on going around mugging everyone who is alone in shops, moreso offering extra people just to help (almost said lend a hand lol) those who would like to work with us, and to make sure things are locked up as you say for places who openly do not want anything to do with us. If my vote counts, then +1 New original faction style as well as original backstory tied to the city, and recent enough other people could actually corroborate aspects of it. Wish it had more cult content included in the story, but its probably bc from my perspective most cults don't necessarily promote their ritualistic or ceremonial practices. I am actually really excited for the retainer system to employ its members, I hope it actually works out by maintaining members who actually get paid to work for the organization, and not the other way around Loads of opportunity, though I think the backstory is likely the weakest link of this application simply bc the community seems to want to actually see the rituals and human sacrifices being mentioned or happening. I am grateful for the positive feedback I do see the general consensus being concerned with the backstory not incorporating more cult like elements. The original plan was to include general ideas around human sacrifice as well cannibalism though we wanted to have it more hidden on top of a concern of UA not approving the whole idea of cutting up a murdered person and feeding it through the soup kitchen. Rather than telling people we were gonna do that, we figured we would just simply do it. We will absolutely be reevaluating the team as well as the approach for the idea. OPur main concern was wanting to do something original to the server, granted many other organizations have already been done. We have had cartels rise and fall, we have had the mentioned polish, we have jhad Irish, Muslims, etc. We already have Jews, Americans, LOADS of Italians, as well as a rising Spanish and British clan (all the best of luck and wishes to them <3) so we were attempting to do a new approach than recommend something we have already seen done. My main take from this application would be to include more actual details about the cult activity to happen rather than keep it behind closed doors. Again, thank you for the positive feedback

I see where youyr concern is with tasking others with a cleanup of that nature, though i'vve personally had other factions do hits for me as well as celanup. There is market out there, you just havent touched it. I am grateful for your input on the matter though and appreciate your input. I would like to bring a deesirable experience to the city by adding more dynamics to rp between factions Youre absolutely right on Uniqu rp though the examples I did give, if they DO exist in the server today, arent being utilized. All we see around town is minges or dudes on park benches. The retainer itself hasnt been done in the server as a COD method for obtaining items FOR the company rather than have them stand around 20 minutes, hire the guy, then say "hey bring us back X amount of $ by this date or else" leaving newer players with ALL of the new information they've gained just to try and execute everything on thier own. Im not by any means saying lets hold thier hands, but it includes them more directly in tasks Not to mention the proposed "slow-burn" rp where as many places you see or know about have new members who get transferred from other companies, or are old returning players who gaiin membership with no RP or anything like that but are still blessed with management. We aim to combat this by having every single initiate go through the same processes and procedures in order to gauge the initiates skills in order to place them in the correct department. Was this not a MafiaRP server/ forum? Where does murder for hire exit the criteria for RP? You can really check the stats and Togna Balogna DOES in fact have a felony and 15 years served for posession and intent to distribute. He did in fact operate behind the old Weiss tireshop, server map changhe happened, now we have ghetto. Its an original story thats ACTUALLY ties to Southside rather than just a "trust me bro" source on some story about an Indian drug lord. These events really happened and actually shape the organization rather then just filler words to hit the 250+ word count This wasnt just a throw together story mentioning known places in the city.

I can see your concern with the lack of evidence for it being a cult-based organization, though we didn't want to explicitly state the particulars due to the nature of the rituals taking place within the mid-higher ranks as it was to be more secretive than up front with how the cult worships. On top of that , we simply wanted to operate similar to a cult, by leaving out the particulars and promising results you can see. -1 only bc we already have bikers let alone ones led by the guy who was directly associated with the currently existing faction. Just doesnt feel like we would get much more variety in the city, and the current biker bar area would have less foot traffic with another location of the same style within the city, and the ideas for activity promotion just seems filled so its not blank. Everyone and their cousin goes to bars and dinner with people whether its just to eat or a company event. Not to mention the organization backstory is an autobiography of the leader.
