Why should you be unbanned? The reason why I chose dispute was because I did not metagame at all. First thing I want to say is that I was not brought into a sit or given a chance to defend myself. I was driving around and then imeaditly met with a ban screen for metagame. At the time I did not know why and after reaching out to the banning staff trough dm's he responded to me by saying that I was actively metagaming a pk and there is no reason why I should be brought into a sit room for that. He says that I was no were near the death of a guy therefore I have zero IC information that he died. Truth be told I did not witness or hear the murder but that dosnt mean the people I accused werent under extreme suspesion especially since the person they dragged away suddenly dissapeared.
Second thing I want to say is that this is probably the third time I was wandering around and was able to perfectly guess that an Altoviti was on a PK hit. I think the first guys name was Grant Belmont, second guy was Jimmy Max and this is the third. In general the way they were conducting themselves would easidly raise enough red flags to an experianced player that they were on a hit and I will elaborate on this.
On the day of my ban I had met this guy whose name was Klein Cootchensiff. I do not know this guys steam or discord and neither did I know he even played the game until I stole oil from him. I hung around him because I felt bad since he seemed like a new player and tried to vdm me multiple times after I killed him during the robbery for fighting back. While I was around him we talked and I learned were he worked and his main source of income was oil but he hated it. While in little italy a guy in a leather jacket ask to speak to him and since I have witnessed Klein actout I tought nothing of it but he then said for Klein to follow him so they can have a talk at car dealer and that imeaditly raised a red flag because he could have just tooken him to their own restaruant back room which was 5 seconds away, either way I follwed to see what would happen. While I was following I asked Klein if he knows this guy and the person said Klein works for him. The man who asked klein to follow got more and more aggravated at me because I was following them but he did nothing about it and once they got to car dealer they imeaditly changed courses to the polish casino and played one hand. After that he jumped over the railing without communicating and Klein did follow. These hasty attempts at trying to seperate from public veiw and from me was probably the sole reason the idea of them being on a pk hit came to mind for me. Once I walked out of the casino a man wearing plain clothes started talking to them and told Klein to get into a car, I tried to get into my car so I can follow because by that moment I knew they were going to kill him but I was too slow. I eventually lost sight of them but I continued to drive around for a while at low populated areas until I realised that they had probably killed him by then since he was no were to be seen.
When I was driving by city hall I saw the guy who asked Klein to follow him and I immeaditly accused him and asked him and said "why did you kill Klein" since he was one of the last people I saw him with. I knew he wasnt the murder and the other guy in plain clothes probably did kill Klein but I said it to put him on the spot since I belived that he had to do something with it. I then drove on the little italy so I can order a shipment and then I saw Danny Costava. I know he works at the VIP club that Klein said he worked at and is very clumsy when it comes to spilling information so I asked him what did you do to Klein Cootchensiff and he actually responded with by saying "he felt bad" and "he was probably balling his eyes out at the moment not understanding what just happend to his char" all with his in game voice.
A few seconds after I finished talking to Charon, Kleins cousin showed up to the front of the Corbezzis Lounge and said that he was killed. What he did was pure metagame but this was all after I had accused and finished doing anything. Once it was all said and done I started driving around waiting for my shipment to come in and then I was banned.
I still don't see how this is metagame since everything I said was off of rightfull suspesion that they had something to do with Klein Cootchensiffs dissapearance. I could see a 30 day punishment coming from me looking for the murderer and just shooting him or anyone else in the Altoviti crime faimily to get them PK'd but because of the lack of evidence I did something wrong other than clips of me asking for confessions to people who I belived had something to do with it that I still am waiting to see I dont know what I did wrong and as I said before I don't know who Klein is such as his steam account or discord and I never knew he existed until that day.
