+1 Matthew Lalop'a has had a big role within Supreme Team over the last couple of weeks or so. Most of our roleplay is managing internal affairs and connections with other factions. Just because he doesn't sit in front of a property all day doesn't mean he's not RPing. There are a lot of moving parts in which he had a major role. Demarious Black isn't a "Mugging Char." It's an Enforcer for the Supreme team and has deep connections with the Federation and the Popov. This is the only character I use and the one I use most frequently. Therefore, not a mugging char. Mugging cooldown is 15 mins, and we didn't do it back-to-back. The last person we mugged was 3 hours beforehand. NITRP isn't accurate, as this mugging was contracted from Supreme High Command due to a recent court case lost. Yes, I regret having POs but over 3 years of RP and doing risky moves I've had to learn the hard way. None of the POs I have are related to Mugging. You had plenty of time to doorkick him, but you kept him at gun point. "This does not apply if the Officer initiates the gun fire or escalates the situation to violence." The situation was deescalated as he stopped his car and told you he didn't see the cop. Which he doesn't in the clip. You in fact did not attempt non-lethal and kept him at gun point waiting for him to reversing his car so you could shoot him.

Leading Up to the RDM I was being contently Harassed and Threatened by the man in the Black and White mask (Monaclu). Fair enough, The point I'm making is I never used any information from my Cop char when i made the 911 call and i understand the timing looks bad but this is only based off logs and doesn't paint the full picture.

Again I had no information from my Cop Char. The beefing is IC, the point here is that none of the information leading up to that event came from my cop char. Seems a little Bios that you (Member of Olympic have to make IC beef a staff issue when no rule has been broken)

This was taking as POWERGAME due to being on my cop char early in the evening. Length of ban: 2 Days and perma PD blacklist Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): This is untrue due too the simple fact I had never revived or seen such information and never gained any info off my cop char. I had called the cops on the property after Clocking out (which is Walking back to PD and filling out the !Clockout) and many moment after being on my Colombo Char. I was told about the on going conflict and decided to make a false 911 call in order to cause problems for them. Moment later I had gotten off and all i revived was a massage from monacla Saying that i was banned due too power gaming and blacklisted from PD all off "Logs". Why should you be unbanned? There was no Powegaming just the simple fact of poor timing. "911 call had no real proof..." Additional Information (images, videos, etc): Never given logs or any proof.
