Hey. So after looking this over with other members of staff we have come to the decision to deny this for multiple reasons. 1) you don’t properly give the orders to leave your property. As the rules state you need to give the orders while having a gun out and ready. Which is not what was happening here. 2) he complies and gets up then you gun him down after still not following any proper escalation. due to those reasons listed above your appeal will be denied. Hey im the person who pked you and this is why. So a report was made about mugging chars. There were 4 of them including you. Misa Amani, Lai Fao Mai, you and bing ding aow. You all participated in mugs and did mugs while having very sus chars. Ill focus on you since your the one appealing though So you like all of the others had fairly established Lucchese chars and done muggs together, which ok cool you mugged people. The issue comes down to on all of the chars involved yes you ordered more shipments than the others you still used about 90% of your items/money to mug people while still using your main chara aka joey slick. banning admin here. so as I explained to you in the sit the issue is ow you hit him, then stop look at his body on the ground then run him over and kill him. you cant claim you didnt see him there as you even talk him while hes on the ground. you stare at his body after you kill him so im not to sure what you mean. you have a history of vdm so I think its more than reasonable.

hey, pking and banning admin here! so to expand upon the situation as Riggs described it you had left while being arrested. as some people do that we wait the 10 minute timer for a ban but your logs indicate you did it 3 times in which all of them YOU disconnected by yourself, not timed out. The logs show a different word choice if its by you or an issue. Secondly, during the sit you and your friend admitted to being in vc for the whole interaction with the cops and after. This can be shown when he had mentioned inside the sit how you told him to kill you to free you and coincidently you forgot about your gun. the big issue comes from you leaving yourself multiple times while getting arrested then having your friend kill you to get rid of the gun the cops were going after you for THEN dropping all items to connect you to the scene, nonetheless it was 4 seconds after you loaded your char to one headshot. sadly I dont have it clipped as at the time i didnt think to record it but im a bit confused as I informed you in the sit as to why you were being pked and that it would happen as you admitted your friend killed you to avoid the situation and stop the situation with the cops.
