I remember one time I was processing and a dude walked in with 2 girls and says "oh my bad just showing the Shorty's the crib" leaves and a few mins later I see him outside in a convertible yelling "I run these streets", a few hours later he randomly appears at the apartment window and is like I'ma go rob these 3 guys I saw and comes back 15 mins later critically injured and drops 3 sets of clothing all custom shit. That's my most fav memory and funniest shit I've ever seen

as a lawyer and even a cop I think we should have any approved cctv for IC use to be in a lower resolution because of the time period and fairness of it all I mean I shouldn't be able to see a guy a good distance away with the resolution from the 1980's

Hello banning admin here I banned you for mass raiding as seen in this image of the logs it shows you lockpicking into multiple rooms more than just one before even my investigation I saw 4-6 doors wide open from raiding either by you or another person as one of the doors was not code locked and could of been just opened with keys, when I checked the logs for who used the lockpicks you popped up and I went to every position it said in the logs you used 4 lockpicks on doors and 7 lockpicks on lockers as seen in the photo i provided in the rules it states

7. You can only rob a new place every 15 minutes. (From the end of the previous robbery). This is to prevent people from mass robbing with no RP. If staff notice you are mass Robbing / locker rolling they may deny you or even punish you depending on context.

as you robbed/raided the same apartment building for mutable rooms in the same span of time I banned you as a punishment

Hello Pk'ing admin here first off there was no metagame involved during or even before your death as DutchCat said to avoid any idea of me metagaming i sat in the staff vc during the whole interaction. as i was the only admin on at the time and not involved with the pk what so ever I asked DutchCat before taking the ticket, as this is the first time I'm ever hearing about you trying to leave the faction. as stated in the orders you died for the reason "gambling crew taxes, suspected involvement in robbing a HC member, refusing orders, overall labiality" these reasons are why the orders were written which are all valid reasons by themselves for orders to be written none of these reasons were metagamed

Most events i do are not server wide it's super chaotic to do one where everyone knows there is one going on 

We should have a change of weather at times like let it rain randomly or even have a thunderstorm maybe add fog at times something to make the map not so dull at times

while you say it was because of your ping i never got a clip of your pov when i asked for it in the sit before you were pk'd and you didn't provide it in this appeal 

under mugging Rules 
Rule 9 and 10 state 
 

9. There are several ways you may initiate a mugging, the following actions can be considered initiation of a mugging:
- Attempting to Zip tie someone [Does not apply if you BAIT people into tying you by saying they may or by stealing their items, therefore forcing them to tie you to retrieve them.]
10. When can you kill someone in a mugging for it to be considered a PK?
- You must FIRST, properly initiate a mugging (See Mugging Rule 9.)
- They attempt to flee while you have them at gunpoint/fear rp. (Does not apply if you disengage fear rp. See fear rp rules)

now onto the claim of the nlr the previous death of the mugger was around 6 minutes before the mugging yes and was by you, it wasn't in the same area his death was at the imperial/continental and the mugging took place at the back of the clothing store, i was never provided a clip of that death either nor any clip providing any backing to this claim the only thing i see is the log of his death before hand

While yes, it is Considered Meta for police to arrest based off of using the black-market/illegal NPCs in this instance when you traded the "Forged Checks" it was at a legal NPC

Yes it's a pain in the arse to get to the barge but it's risky and takes a while to get there but that's sadly the risk of being a criminal. If you want illegal items like a processor or files it should take a bit to get. Gives the effect of you have to work hard to get there in the underworld.

Not everything on the barge is illegal what if a person just wants their custom item like the swords or nerf gun?
