Reason for blacklist (if given): Using a jet ski dupe to escape cops
Why should it be returned?: I believe my flags should be replaced because I honestly did not know that I wasn’t allowed to use my jet ski. Physko told me it was okay about a week ago, and I had been using it for a while without realizing there was an issue. I understand that it was a stupid decision to use it while escaping from the cops, and I take responsibility for that. I was already pretty far away from them at the time, but I understand that I still should not have done it. I am genuinely sorry, and I can promise that this will not happen again. Thank you for your understanding and for taking the time to consider my appeal.
