The guy whos car I flung claimed I did it to him multiple times before but I did not. I do not think it is fair to even consider his claim I did it "multiple times" when he has no evidence at all. Also I think after 9 months enough time has passed to not have flags instantly removed for one offense. The guy rammed his car on top of mine on purpose to be a dick. I understand it is still against the rules but its not like I randomly flung his car without provocation to be a minge.

In hindsight he was just baiting so he could call staff. Why should it be returned?: My pet flags were taken because of prior offenses from years ago. The only recent one was from September 2025 and the admin told me it said if i did it again my pet flags would be removed. I was never informed of that and I dont think one offense 9 months later warrants flags removed entirely. I dont think it is fair to remove pet flags without any recent warnings for it especially given the circumstance of the prop abuse. I understand it is prop abuse to hit a car with my physgun no matter the reasoning. I will not do it again and I would like to have flags back.
