The clip is pretty cut and dry, A car can be used as adeadly weapon the same as a gun, you running a cop over and him not dying was lucky for him, not so much for you. As the rules state if you initiate a violent interaction with an officer you can be subject to pk from the officers for 15 minutes. The full rule stated in the post above. For these reasons I don't see any reason to accept this appeal. However thank you for making the time to appeal. Your appeal has been reviewed and denied. Hi there, If it truly was an accident I would assume you would swerve or stop your car or attempt in any way to avoid the collision but from the clips your engine can be heard revving up to pick up speed once you hit them. I do not believe this was an accident and since it wasnt, it would classify as using deadly force on an officer, therefore I will be denying this.

You were gonna die anyway. I will say there was not much RP in that PK however the PK was still valid from a technical standpoint. As JJ said when you entera faction you accept the risks and rules and you seem to have broken a big one.

As I see it the pk is justified. You’re we’re insubordinate meaning you either didn’t listen to commands or not followed orders. The fact you were killed is not dependent or related to the fact of you being afk. As bullets has said you just so happened to be afk at the time of the pk.

So unfortunately you did not comply with the person mugging you. They pulled a gun told you some orders to which you did not follow and you kept running around. If you are being mugged do not freak out, just take it and try to seek revenge later, not in the moment.

The way I see it, the clip is long enough. And at the end of the day you did in fact pull a gun on police, nobody forced you to do that. If you genuinely believed it to be a failure of anything OOCly you should have complied but made a ticket.
