Someone involved with the faction making the report should probably leave it to a player report and not take the sit in my opinion. Even if during the whole chaos of being shot at by people in the same uniform it's still somehow invalid to panic and shoot someone who pulls up on you calling out your location etc. I think 3 days is too lengthy a ban for someone who hasn't had a warning/ban in years. If somehow it's considered RDM none the less it'd be a warn in my opinion. Just seems convenient to ban someone who's competing with you for 3 days so they miss the entire event.

If it's not too much work on Halloween for one day only or for one server restart cycle, we switch the map to the old gmod TTT minecraft server map. I think a lot of our best memories on gmod were made on that old map and it would be really fun for Halloween to revisit it. We could all go to the wooden house, (different factions can lay claim to a traitor trap) we could pvp around the light house and the nether, have a diddy party in the traitor room and cops could arrest people and lock them in the test chamber. I don't think we would need to do much work besides spawning a gun npc, an atm and a car spawn and just let TTT take natures course from there.

Them hiding the rest of the clip is a little bit suspect and shows that they believe they were in the wrong. The entire day they were sort of trying to bait a little bit of a conflict and waiting for people to bite, they arrested them for walking in front of them. In my mind it's a bit like mugging someone knowing they'll retaliate to bait for a PK. Sure, they know that someone has the ability to not retaliate but often they will, it's the exact reason why mugging cops and PKing them has become virtually non existent whereas it used to be fair game.
